Choosing "QQ1" as the spa's name was a nod to the Chinese cultural tradition of using certain numbers and letters in business titles to help enable good fortune and prosperity. QQ1 is on-brand to telegraph a message of trust to consumers. Perhaps akin to American small businesses that use such titles as A1, Best, and Top Service, among others. It's so endearing that any modern small business would invest such thought and care into these details. Yet QQ1 has. And it shows in their scheduling flexibility when a new client first calls to see if any appointments are open for a new client's unexpected back pain flair-up. Which is surely going to be exacerbated by the added pain in the neck of trying to find a quick available time to get a professional therapist treatment.
