But the ingredients on the bottle with the green cap showed high sodium. Obviously someone had put a green cap on a high sodium bottle. 4. When I requested to see the manager, the waitress had to look for him. He was on the patio, where I could see him. I watched him put 4 chairs on a table before he came to see me. After about a five minute wait, I spoke with him. I pointed out the discrepancy of the green soy sauce cap being on a regular soy sauce bottle. He blamed it on the Kikkoman company, saying that it was their fault that the wrong cap was on the bottle. I suggested to him that someone put the wrong cap on the bottle in his kitchen. He said that would never happened. I pointed out that everyone at our table was sixty-five and up; and that most of us are on low sodium diets. This is a safety concern.
