But it's a big piece of fish and is on the cheaper side. I have tried several things from the menu but the best thing there is the lemon pepper wings and I ask for vegetable fried rice. Also get a side of sweet and sour. The chicken is fried to perfection. They could use more lemon pepper seasoning but they are really good. The hot sauce packets they use is trash. They need to definitely get a different kind. I have been fortunate to encounter the nice ladies up front but there is one lady who doesn't seem happy to be there. She was out in the sitting area yelling on the phone. It's a business and you should take that outside or out in the back so the public doesn't witness that in a business. This is not an upscale restaurant but people still need to conduct themselves in a friendly manner.

I ordered a Chattanooga roll for my meal…read more This is what a Chattanooga Roll is according the menu at Ichiban: 93.Chattanooga RollCrunchy shrimp, cream cheese, asparagus, avocado in soy wrap top w.snow crab and ichiban sauce $15.95 I was brought a roll that was absolutely smothered with what looked like hot dog slaw, but I was told it was mango slaw. No crab meat anywhere on the roll. It was no where close to what I ordered. I have ordered a Chattanooga Roll as my meal regularly for some time at this establishment. I brought it to the attention of our waiter, Devin, that I got the wrong roll. He proceeded to let me know I was wrong and that even though the menu did not say the Chattanooga Roll had slaw poured all over it that he was right because he knows what he's talking about. So forewarned - if you order the Chattanooga Roll it will be slathered in mango salsa like Bunyans slaw on a hot dog. Don't make it make sense that it's not listed that way on the menu- you should know extra ingredients are on items randomly on the menu. I was never offered an alternative - I was only told how wrong I was. We paid full price for the wrong order and Devin was graciously tipped, but this debacle deserved a review. +
