When my husband brought our order home from, literally an hour and 40 minute round trip to see the order was made completely wrong. The reason it was even wrong is because Elsie stuck her head in where it didn't belong, as the employee serving the food was doing a great job until Elsie made them nervous, I called her and started to explain how this was a treat since we live WAY out in the country and the only thing that is delivered is USPS, UPS, AMAZ, FEDEX, but Elsie wouldn't let me talk. ELSIE, would not listen to me even when I had to tell her, "please stop talking". I just wanted credit for two meals, (two correct meals), when my husband was back over in Florence, which is only once every couple of months and that didn't even get resolved. So now, I'm having to elevate this to the Customer Relations, Executive at their Headquarters in Southern California.
