Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. During the afternoon, I am able to go inside to order & browse their collection of clothes & shoes. The drinks are made to perfection & I'm still thinking about their caramel apple butter matcha from their fall/ winter seasonal menu! The matcha's are a beautiful green color that don't taste like grass, but also don't taste super sweet as if I'm drinking sweet milk. My personal favorite at the moment is the Tokyo fog, which is an earl grey tea with matcha cold foam. The staff are very kind, welcoming, & knowledgeable about the drinks and clothing/ shoe collections. I personally love that they have their own merch that you can buy & you can wear/ use it without feeling like you're a walking logo lol. Or if you're adventurous and want to give them a try anyway, then start with a small order, like I did. I first placed an order for one (1) shirt, and it took three tries--over about one (1) YEAR--before I had a somewhat reasonable fitting m2m shirt. I then placed a slightly larger order for three (3) shirts, with further adjustments over my prior order--so that these three (3) shirts would fit properly (ha!). Instead, hilarity ensued over many, many iterations of reworks. Luckily the four (4) total shirts that I ordered--and have since donated to charity--didn't cost too much. Had I placed a larger order, I would have been more upset. Instead, I got a lesson that if you don't want this company to bend you over and have their way with you, it's best to not give them money in the first place--or start with small orders so you know into what mess you're getting. Long story short: don't buy from these shysters, but if you really have an itch to get f*cked over, start with purchasing one (1) made-to-measure shirt--so you know what kind of cheap merchandise and hellish customer service you'll get AFTER they get your payment.

The only gripe I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! And, let's talk about organization to make things easy to find....forget it. It sort of reminds me of Filene's Basement (on Connecticut Ave) from back in the day or a " sub high-end" Thrift store. If you park on the street nearby this store, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Note: There is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something for everyone when it comes to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and semi on trend. One plus I will say about this Nordstrom Rack location, is that they carry a large selection of men's business and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area and business district that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, consulting firms and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. This location is not all bad. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!
