I think it would behoove them to get the little squeeze bottles so that people can squeeze as they go and not just fill up little buckets of sauce and throw them right into the trash after dipping once. I don't think he would even need to have enough sauces for every table... Just a handful. People are pretty levelheaded, and I believe this would not be hard to save a lot of wasted sauce and product cost loss. Leaving five stars because the meats are phenomenal. I'm not gonna do a star just because the sauce situation is awkward. Had a great time! I used to love coming here when Gwen worked here... The drink selections are great! Atmosphere is phenomenal. We started out with the smoked deviled eggs and they were awesome. Some picked onions garnished the plate and they were very good too. For dinner my wife opted for the chicken bowl with corn side and I had the Italian Grinder that comes with a choice of slaw, but I opted to upgrade to the jalapeño Mac and cheese side. The food was awesome all the way around. The corn side was a highlight for sure. We could both have eaten just a giant bowl of that. The chicken in my wife's meal was super tender and tasty. The four bbq sauces on the table made it even better. My sandwich was was so good and super filling. The Mac and cheese didn't disappoint either. While there we met the owner and through our conversation you could tell he is very invested in making customers happy and making an excellent product. When we told our server, they took the bottle away. About ten minutes later they came back and said they couldn't unplug it and that was the only bottle they had...WHAT??
