I was so comfortable that I was actually able to go out to dinner that same night. If you need a specialist--specifically for periodontal or endodontic work--look no further. Cathy, the front desk receptionist, was exceptionally pleasant. The doctor evaluated my condition and thoroughly explained what to expect. On the day of the procedure, I was taken on time. There were 2 assistants, Susan and Olivia, in the room with me who were gentle and reassuring. They assured me that the procedure would be pain free, and it was. The doctor was very professional and quick as he explained what he was doing. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was given printed instructions and post operative supplies. No one wants to have oral surgery, but Dr. Ladman and his staff made this an easy experience. I recuperated quickly with no complications whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Ladman.

I saw Dr. Levintov twice over the last two years for two wisdom tooth extractions. Both times the experience was great. The most recent extraction was super quick, I thought he just started and it was over already! No pain either time! I am extremely nervous going to any dentist, much less for a root canal, but I can say with all honesty that this experience was SO much less awful than I thought it was going to be. And that's because Dr. Zohn calmly took the time to explain, comfort and do what needed to be done in minimum time. Was it my favorite thing to do last week? No, but it was MINIMALLY uncomfortable. Once we got into McOmber dental for about $7,000 . We realized we had been taken. The woman at the front desk reminds me of a used car saleswoman. . We wound up both going to Clear Choice in Woodbridge. The Results were amazing. Clear Choice was very expensive but they were honest people. We got exactly what we wanted. The dentures that were made my husband have been in the garbage for months now. We had to go to someone that knew what they were doing. I guess the hardest part is I thought I was a good judge of character. Shame on me.

The day of my appointment I was getting ready to leave when they called to ask if I was still coming for my appointment at 10AM.. to which I told them I thought it was at 10:20AM. She had told me that no, my appointment was at 10AM and she would have to check with the hygienist if they could still see me. During this time I double checked the written communication which did, in fact, say 10:20AM. When she came back on she said they could still see me to which I told her, well yes, seeing as my appointment is at 10:20AM and was confirmed to be so twice by your text confirmation system. She continue to argue that my appointment was for 10AM. I show up at the office and they ask me to come back to fill out paperwork (that I had already done the night before when their system sent it to me) and I had told her that they must have messed up because my appointment was at 10:20AM and proceeded to try to show her the texts. She did not want to see the texts and argued with me that my appointment was for 10AM and they had tried to call me the day before to confirm and let me know that they had to bump me up in the schedule. They had only called me ONCE and never said anything about changing my appointment time in the voicemail. I never once received an apology and was only met with snarky attitude so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect to a FIRST TIME patient was very distasteful and I would never recommend them based on that alone. My advice to them is to get organized and improve upon their bedside manner with patients. Two stars only because I never saw a dentist and cannot speak to their expertise or skill.
