I was sent to Dr. Figueroa by my dentist at Princeton…read more The problem was - a cracked tooth that needed extraction and implant placement thereafter. Upper left. I read all about implants and when I saw the doctor and spoke to him, he knew every single bit of information I was prepared to ask about. A smart gentlemen! He gave comprehensive and detailed information, no BS, just substance. Extraction was a breeze. Started with no-pain anesthesia (Raul is using a cool technique to make sure you don't feel pain from the needle). Tooth was out in no time. Bone graft in place. Stitches were placed so quickly I did not have time to notice (confident stitches are a sign of a very skilled surgeon). Healing was pain free. I did not use any pain meds and all pain was gone by day 3. Bone graft was installed perfectly and tooth was ready for implant in 3 months. Next, the implant. 3D scan, surgery on the same day, did not use pain meds at home, was pain-free after about 3 days. A week after placing the implant I felt my mouth free from any hints I had surgery. I am very impressed. Dr. Figueroa is a thinking surgeon with outstanding hands. A.K. I needed a root canal because of an infection in the root, and Dr. Leveson was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made sure I was well numbed and as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. She took her time, never rushed, and focused on doing the job correctly and fully treating the infection. Thanks to her skill, she was able to save my tooth from being pulled, and I left feeling relieved and so thankful. I needed an extraction and all went seamless i was told the part i would be responsible for and paid it and then all of a sudden i get a bill for $200 because they said it wasnt covered due to a waiting period which dont you think they would have checked first? Dr Lee gets 5 stars, whoever does the authorizations etc gets a 1. This is no way to treat a patient I would have sucked it up and waited on the extraction had I known. One more office i need to leave due to incompetent staff. I wont be back
