Do NOT use Dr. George! He is rude and insensitive. There was also an issue with my root canal.

I've been to this guy for 2 root canals(yes, I brush my teeth OBSESSIVELY and still have to get…read moresh*t like that done! djfhskd!) anyway, I wouldn't go to any other endodontist--this guy is Cool with a capital 'C'...he has tons of Yankees and Rangers memorabilia up in his office(those are 2 of my favorite sports teams), and plays the best music while he works(for my first RC, he put on a Stones record--it was only a little bit disconcerting to have him drilling away to the beat haha, and now I'll never hear "Wild Horses" without wincing a little, but it was terrific!)... he always makes me feel completely at ease, keeping up a pleasant banter throughout the operation, and he's really up on things--music, sports, everything! he's constantly joking with his hygenists, and they're always super-friendly, as well... the best thing about Fenster is that he remembers stuff about his patients--he takes the time to get to know you and actually gives pretty good advice(the last time I was in there, he lectured me on going back to college lol) anyway, I hate going to the dentist...I loathe and fear any kind of dental work, but at least going to his office detracts from a little bit of the nervousness and dread!

She is very in tune with patient needs and always checks in to make sure you're doing okay during the procedure, offering breaks, water, a stress ball to squeeze if needed! An original dentist suggested that the tooth may be saved, but he was not trained to perform endodontics procedures. He made the x-ray images and was ready to send them to the Princeton Endodontics office. The images showed that one of the three tooth's roots decayed, but other two are still healthy. The question was if the specialized in the endodontist dentist may perform root canal actions to save the natural tooth. The Mara Levinson's answer was no; she could not do it. However, she packed the refusal in the pseudo-scientific suit by performing unnecessary 3D imaging instead of requesting x-ray images from the original dentist. It is understandable her desire to reimburse spent on such expensive equipment money in the addition to astronomical real-estate office rent. However, it is perfectly clear the office with so small stream of patients could not afford it. The office shortage of middle medical and clerical staff is the proof of it. Ergo, the overcharging desperate patients is the only way to keep the business afloat and potential patients should be aware of it.

The practice is also very good about COVID protocols, including air filters in each exam room, doctors wearing N95s (admin staff in surgical masks) and texting you when it's time to come in so you can wait in the car. Everything is clean, they have state of the art equipment and decor is relaxing.

I grew up in Plainsboro and moved to New York a few years back. I've seen a few different dentists…read moreover the years, and was recently told I had 3 cavities to be filled. I'd never had a cavity filled and was nervous, plus I'd had some not-so-great experiences with my previous dentist. My mom had mentioned that she goes to Smile Society and has had a great experience thus far. I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS! I booked my 6-month follow-up immediately. I'll absolutely come down from NYC to Smile Society for future dental work. The staff is welcoming, kind, and make you feel at ease. Cannot recommend more.
