I am extremely nervous going to any dentist, much less for a root canal, but I can say with all honesty that this experience was SO much less awful than I thought it was going to be. And that's because Dr. Zohn calmly took the time to explain, comfort and do what needed to be done in minimum time. Was it my favorite thing to do last week? No, but it was MINIMALLY uncomfortable. I had considered going to a dental office nearby named something like "The Apprehensive Patient," because that was the perfect word to describe how I felt prior to my first exam. This office is located in small shopping plaza, and the interior isn't anything to scream about, however my overall experience there so far has been great! My first visit was to get an exam and cleaning, after years of not seeing a dentist I thought I would have numerous cavities and other problems. However, I only had one small cavity, so a follow-up appointment to get a filling was in order. The actual cleaning was great, the nice dental assistant did a great job explaining what she was doing and talked pleasantly with me throughout. Everything was great, then the nice doctor,Noelle Signoriello, came into to give me my actual exam. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. During my subsequent visit to get a filling, I was not as apphrensive, partly because I enoyed my first visit to this office, and partly because the last time I had to see the dentist, I was a young nervous teenager, but now I've grown out of that! I again had Dr. Signoriello, a nice young dentist who is probably in her mid to late 20's. Some people may take her youth as a bad thing, but I thought she was great and her presumed recent training likely means she was educated on all the latest and greatest dental techniques, procedures, and technologies that more seasoned doctors may have not been educated on. But then again what the heck do I know about dentists' training patterns. Dr. Signoriello was nice and since I had a minor cavity offered me the choice of Novacaine or no Novacaine for my filling procedure. I chose no Novacaine with the caveat that if I was in pain I would let her know, and we would then shoot me up with the numbing agent. However, I felt no pain and thus never needed Novacaine which I would associate with Dr. Signoriello's skill. Aside from her skill, my wife who is also a patient at this office, told Dr. Signoriello that she has the best "bedside manner of any dentist she's ever been to." I totally agree with my wife, she not only had skills with a drill, but also made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I see that this is the first review, but this five stars is well deserved! I went there feeling apprehensive about going to the dentist, but the next time I may actually look forward to going there!

This is 100% not true, I'm a aspiring Hare Krsna devotee and we practice tolerance and never upset anyone. I was compassionate and she was not understanding of my unique situation and kept telling me the same stuff like a robot. She wanted me to come in for a 15 min appointment when I live 3000 miles away and was not compassionate, kind, or understanding or the situation. She ended the call rudely and said fine, have your Dad call him. Today My father called me and told me the Dr Shecklian called him and said I was rude which is an exaggerated tale, and I really wish I had the call recorded. This is not normal behavior for a grown women working in a dentist office. I talk to people all day long from around the world and rarly have any problems with anyone. Anyone who knows me, Knows I'm beyond reasonable and never rude or judgmental to anyone but the way this women dealt with me was not polite and I would never hire someone who can't communicate with customers. I run over ten companies and rarely have problems with anyone and when I do I immediately resolve them though empathy and a loving heart. Customer service is #1 in any business and the fact that Im an past patient and need medical treatment for an emergency and get treated like this is NOT OK. This dentist is awesome and highly skilled and Im sad he hung up on my father as my father always thought highly of Mark. Apparently Mark hung up on my father after he called him and told him what the secretary exaggerated. Not to mention he said that he doesn't wanna have me as a patient anymore. This is crazy, What a crazy world we live in. This secretary needs to take some classes on communication and emotional stability. I saw Dr. Levintov twice over the last two years for two wisdom tooth extractions. Both times the experience was great. The most recent extraction was super quick, I thought he just started and it was over already! No pain either time! Nobody likes to go to the dentist or oral surgeon, but Dr. Levintov and his staff are super nice and down to earth, you almost forget you're going to get work done. His knowledge speaks volumes as well. I'd give them all more than 5 stars if I could.

Decided to go.instead of making me come in for two different appointments one for an exam and one for the extraction, they told me they could do everything in one visit. I wanted sedation. The office staff was very accommodating,kind, informative, spotless and everything was explained upfront. Dr Levintov came in, he went over my x-ray with me, explained it all and saw that I was very nervous. Before I knew it I was asleep and awake. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. I was in shock. I've had many extractions and always have pain after. You should have no hesitation in using this office. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I will be using in the future if need be.

From the start, Dr. Sarah was confident, calm, and reassuring. She took incredible time and care with my temporaries--they were secure, comfortable, and shaped beautifully, which immediately put me at ease. For the first time, I wasn't worried they would fall out. When it came time for the permanent veneers, we were unsure about the color at first, but Dr. Sarah said to try them in and reassured me we could redo them if needed. She was right--they were a perfect match. She even scheduled a follow-up to make sure I was completely happy. Dr. Sarah and her assistant were patient, meticulous, and truly passionate about their work. I went there for an emergency root canal, which went well, although I had to wait in the chair doing nothing for 45 minutes, before they finally started working on me, consequently making me late for work. Everyone was very nice and apologetic, but that was a bad first impression for me. They pushed the comprehensive dental exam for a later date, which I did get. They found many many issues with my teeth and gums, which really surprised me, as I practice excellent oral hygiene every day. Long story short - I moved to another state not long after this and found a dentist here, who did the exact same exam - all the bite-wing and panoramic x-rays, photos, physical exam, etc., and found only a tiny fraction of what Brielle "found." For example - Brielle told me I needed to get 2 back teeth extracted. I knew of one tooth, given what was going on, but the other tooth they wanted to extract turned out to be perfectly healthy and fine, with absolutely no need to extract, per my current dentist. Brielle also pointed out other work I needed to get done - another example: deep scaling - while the dentist I go to now found no issues whatsoever with my gums. And there were others. Needless to say, I would never to back to them.

They had texted me to confirm the date and time of 6/20 at 10:20AM twice to which I responded confirming. As far as I was concerned this was my appointment time. The day of my appointment I was getting ready to leave when they called to ask if I was still coming for my appointment at 10AM.. to which I told them I thought it was at 10:20AM. She had told me that no, my appointment was at 10AM and she would have to check with the hygienist if they could still see me. During this time I double checked the written communication which did, in fact, say 10:20AM. When she came back on she said they could still see me to which I told her, well yes, seeing as my appointment is at 10:20AM and was confirmed to be so twice by your text confirmation system. She continue to argue that my appointment was for 10AM. I show up at the office and they ask me to come back to fill out paperwork (that I had already done the night before when their system sent it to me) and I had told her that they must have messed up because my appointment was at 10:20AM and proceeded to try to show her the texts. She did not want to see the texts and argued with me that my appointment was for 10AM and they had tried to call me the day before to confirm and let me know that they had to bump me up in the schedule. They had only called me ONCE and never said anything about changing my appointment time in the voicemail. I never once received an apology and was only met with snarky attitude so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect to a FIRST TIME patient was very distasteful and I would never recommend them based on that alone. My advice to them is to get organized and improve upon their bedside manner with patients. Two stars only because I never saw a dentist and cannot speak to their expertise or skill.

Came here for Mini-Me to have her checkup after wisdom teeth removal…read more She was having some discomfort which was to be expected but it was causing a headache and her jaw was hurting, she couldn't eat and was just not feeling good. Dentist took a look and all was healing well, but he went ahead and packed it with some medication and gauze for a day and told her to come back in on Saturday, he even said that the medication would help in about an hour. Right after we left she said, " It didn't even take an hour, my mouth feels so good can we eat?" it was so good to see her feeling better. Staff at this location was really helpful and I recommend them for dental service.

He treated me like family from my very first appointment and he's great with kids which was very important for me because I didn't want to have to bring them to a separate pediatric dentist. He is very honest about dental work, if you need something done he will explain all the options and the cost/benefit of each and he never tries to convince you to get an expensive procedure done if he thinks a more conservative approach will work, even though he does do amazing cosmetic work. My daughter had veneers done by Dr. B and they look like she was born with perfect natural teeth. He is also very mindful of people like me who are in tight financial situations. After my first visit when I was a complete stranger he let me pay off my bill over time and he didn't charge interest or use an outside financing company which was great because my teeth were horrible and needed a lot of work done. If I had to find one flaw with Dr. Buzzanco's office it might be that your appointment will sometimes run later or you will have to wait longer to be seated, but its not a huge wait and the reason is probably because he takes the time to talk to his patients and treat them like family. The one time I was running on a tight schedule I told the girls at the check in desk that I had to leave by a certain time and they made sure I got out in time. Overall, I couldn't imagine a better dentist. My old dentist in Connecticut did great work on my wife but we later found out that a lot of it was unnecessary. With Dr. B I never worry that I'm being taken advantage of and I feel in control of my treatment because he always lays out every available option.

He goes out of his way to help keep my teeth intact - he does the least amount of work necessary to fix any dental problems I have. Less drilling, and saves me money. He's also just a wonderful person - really nice staff, too!
