    Pound of slice pork
    Boon C.

I have call ahead the order to go. We love rib City rib. I also like the slice pork by pound also. The order was on time and ready when I arrived. I got half pound slice pork. It has minor fat that I want and the meat is very moist. I also got two racks of baby back rib. It was delicious. The food is expected good. We are enjoy the order.

Beef Brisket sandwich (decent but fatty)

I was in the mood for a sliced brisket sandwich and there are not many bbq options in the area. The service was friendly and the sandwich pretty good. There was a fair amount of fat which took a couple minutes to cut off, and the fries were pretty boring. I also always find it a little strange when bbq restaurant provided the sauces in pre-sealed small portions. I'm not naïve enough to think restaurant make there sauces onsite but nothing says "chain" and "manufactured" like peeling off the lid of an assembly line sauce in a plastic container. I would have liked a baked potato but that is only available after 4pm. For those who may be COVID concerned, this is the only restaurant I have been to in months that did not have any signs asking people to wear a mask (on the way to the table). And as a result I didn't see anyone wearing a mask while entering or leaving but the employees all did. And they use disposable menus. I will be back, would appropriate expectations.

    Delicious bbq.

The bbq was delicious- our server Judy was excellent. The manager, Sammy came by and was very friendly when she checked on us. Delicious food. Fair prices. So good and so much. I had to take some to go. Kind to kids- accommodated us with to go cups when we asked to avoid accidental spilling.

    Smoker at Rib City
    David A.

I was working out of town when I found this place, and was it ever a find! My measure of any good BBQ place are the ribs, and the brisket. Since I was working, I didn't feel like getting messy with the ribs, so I got the brisket platter. It was juicy and lean, with a great smoky taste and no wonder, the huge hi-tech smoker in back was making the whole neighborhood hungry. I would highly recommend visiting any of there locations in SW Florida.

Chicken is bad but the the rest of the food is alright except the ribs, those are definitely not award winning.

We've patronized Rib City for 20+ years-I love to BBQ and can't come close to their baby backs. And the beans and coleslaw are great too!

Quality homemade BBQ at a very reasonable price. Beer is cold. Kid friendly. Good service and the food is just as good to-go.

I love the chicken tenders with the regular butter buffalo sauce. I eat it at least once a week for lunch and crave it more often than that!

Is the brisket (& is it brisket) cut into very thin slices or into thick chunks? I had brisket once cut into thin slices and it was so gross.

We tried a few things for brunch and loved all of them! The catfish was excellent as well as the old country favorite- chicken fried steak! We also really loved the biscuits and corn bread. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also just what I was looking for. The other side I chose was corn fritters - just ok but perfectly fine, although more batter to corn ratio would have made them more desirable. Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and he loved it and his sides of potatoes and mac n cheese. Our family had fried chicken and they thought it was crispy outside, fried well and juicy inside. They also ordered a grilled ham and cheese with a side salad. Didn't get a ton of feedback on the meal but the plate was pretty well cleaned off when we got up! Our waitress was fast, efficient and really sweet. She quickly brought to go containers for our food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a very homey and rural feel, which was just fine with us. It sits nexts to the state farmers market which was not running during our visit. However it was still busy when we sat down to eat at 2 pm. Recommend it!

The quality is unmistakable; when you refuse to compromise on standards, it shows in every dish. Walking in, you truly feel as though you've stepped onto a boat. The ambiance makes you feel as if you are right aboard the boat, with a rustic nautical theme that perfectly embodies Florida living. Located right before the Fort mYERS beach bridge would make a excellent stop after a day at the beach. "The drink menu offered just as much variety as the kitchen. We started with the Dirty Arnold Palmer--crisp, refreshing, and done exactly right. Next was the Gator Bayou Water, which was greener than duckweed! (If you don't know what duckweed is, join the club; we had to look it up ourselves to verify the drink perfectly matched that vibrant, green aquatic hue.) To round out the assortment, we enjoyed a classic Mango Margarita and the Blue Mermaid, which tasted like a refreshing, iced blue piña colada. Whether you're looking for a classic or something adventurous, they have a signature sip for every mood. In Southwest Florida, it's rare to find a spot that balances high-quality seafood with such a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Thank you to our amazing servers Stacy D & Pedro! We will be back!
