Uses the clinic space when the chiropractic office is closed. No EMR, just on paper charts. Dr. Wieland was my Provider and he's efficient and to the point. Upon arrival I completed a paper questionnaire since I failed to do it online. No big deal. While waiting for him to get setup, 3 other ladies arrived after me and used the sign in sheet on the clipboard. It was my turn an I stepped on the scale. Dr, Wieland shared with me the different medication options. So expect that your first time visit you will walk out with meds of choice and pay on the spot! I paid $300 for vitamin B injection and glp1 iinjectiij plus supply. He explained to me how to give myself the injection and made sure I was able self administer so he's confident I can do this at home for the next 3 weeks. You have to sign a contract stating you will not give away or resell the meds. Additionally I agreed to stay within my target 1200 calories a day. I'm trying but it is difficult some days. I will say that most of the food noise is gone. My kids would eat McDonald's in the car and I had no desire to eat any of it. I also couldn't enjoy a sushi dinner and was full after 5 pieces of sashimi and 2 pieces of nigiri (with rice) My only side effect was fatigue for first dose since I happened to get my menstrual cycle same time. Slight nausea but nothing like morning socks. I don't have much heartburn. I try to drink a lot of water and get 70 grams or more of protein daily. And I noticed that when I work out I feel the effects even less. I do get dry mouth, so again, I drink as much water as possible.

For me, I have been an Avanti client for more than 2 years, off and on. My initial experience was to utilize the red-light therapy for my knee and joint pain. Not only was that experience amazing, but the results were much more than I could have imagined. I absolutely found significant relief with my knee pain, which led to increased mobility and flexibility, along with a huge bonus-- I lost over 30 lbs. of stubborn weight that had not moved in years over a period of about 5 months! Had it not been my own personal experience, no one could have convinced me that it was true. Unbelievable, but it happened! I went back after about 5 months for the same knee pain that gradually made its way back and lost another 16 lbs. in about 3 months, could have been less. Just wow! I…read moreget that the body and diseases can be complicated but explanations were long and drawn out and really hard to follow along with. I Was hoping she would be more precise and to the point. Her testing is unreliable and anxiety producing. just to make a thermogram appointment, your credit card information is taken down immediately. Weird but ok. Results took much longer than usual- 3 weeks. They are abnormal. She's claiming it could be this or that or something else. She claimed that I'm estrogen dominant and to throw all my essential oils as they are estrogenic. She kept saying "make sure it's benign" and I asked her "are you saying I have breast cancer?" In which she responded that the thermogram has indicated that I've had some serious physiological changes" So I go to my NMD for a second option and she states that she too, used to use thermograms but threw them out after it produced way too high number of false positives and was having to refer patients in for mammograms- and the mammogram results typically came back as normal anyway. This NMD tested me right there so I can see results for myself. she also tested all my hormone levels and said it's the complete opposite way. That I am absolutely NOT estrogen dominant, that I actually had a bit more progesterone then estrogen and that if I had listened to Christine's advice, it would have messed my hormone levels up. Christine advised me to go in for a 300$ ultra ultrasound and go back to her for testing (to figure out what's causing all this) and to redo the thermogram. Thank goodness I won't be. It's a a huge relief knowing that there's nothing wrong with me, but what a waste of time effort and money. If you get abnormal readings I would suggest getting a second or third opinion with someone who is a licensed physician and knows what they are doing. Do not get suckered into believing there is something wrong with you when that's not the case at all
