    If you are looking for a high-pressure, uncomfortable or unsatisfying car buying experience, go somewhere else. BUT - if you want to have fun during what can be one of the most stressful experiences, go here and ask for Calob Grisham. I had SO MUCH anxiety about having to go through the purchasing process after my previous car was totaled, but because of Calob and his team, I had a blast and left with the Jeep of my dreams. Who enjoys car shopping? I never expected it to be such a fun experience. It all started when I let them know I was coming on my lunch break from work to look at the Jeep. When I got there, it was pulled up to the front and had my name on the windshield. Was it a sales tactic? Probably. Did it work? Hell yes it did. Calob and his team spent almost four hours with me and were never impatient. He didn't act like one of those cheesy car salespeople that act like you HAVE to buy the car RIGHT NOW or else the world will end. In fact, it was the opposite. Once I told him I wanted that Jeep, he and his team moved heaven and earth to make sure I could take it home that day, gave me an AMAZING deal, and even helped me get my rental back to the company.     If I could give a zero star review I would. I had zero issues with my husbands Jeep but this is the first time they have serviced my Jeep and they have screwed it up both times. I originally bought it to them to finish diagnosing my fan cricut 1 error code I received which I knew was one of four things. They supposedly fixed this and less than five minutes later it started overheating when it was not an issue prior. I tried calling, texting all my way home due to traffic to get no answer. It wasnt until I called the sales team I got an answer and got a call back to get my Jeep retowed back to them 24 hours later. Then it took them 2 weeks to advise that my aftermarket thermostat failed and asked them to replace with an OEM. They called and said it was ready so I picked it up; however after I get home I did a walk over to notice the radiator fluid reservoir wide open and sprayed coolant everywhere and my negative battery terminal wasn't barely connected and tightened down. This could have cause damage again to my engine because of your technician negligence. Do not take your vehicle her or to any dealership in Nashville unless you get in writing they are liable for damages. I will do everything myself from now on because I just dont trust any dealership or shop!

    Sat for 5 hours getting lied to and then ended up walking out empty handed. Waste of time and definitely don't recommend.

After spending $900+ they said it was fixed. Approximately a week later, same code, same problem. The technician who helped us the first time no longer works there. The new service person quoted $3k to fix it. They wanted to charge us for "diagnosis" but kindly waived the fee since we had already paid for it once before. Maybe its the car, but my spidey senses were telling me this was not the place for us. Our other car is a Toyota and their service department has been pretty epic, so I have to go with my gut. I don't think I would recommend this place for repairs. So if you know a good mechanic, let me know! I still have two more chevys that will need service soon.

Got there and was told that actually everyone gets that code and that the actual numbers are different than what's on the flyer. My actual winnings? A $5 Walmart gift card that a guy pulled from a 3" stack. And I wasn't the only disappointed customer there. I'm not sure what their marketing dept is thinking. They're luring people there with the promise of a cash prize and then ending up with a bunch of angry people who never want to go there again. Dishonesty and scam advertisement is a terrible way to do business. Good luck Kia. You've lost any future sales from this unhappy customer.

It's my fault that I didn't take my time with this, but these predators sold me a car with a backup camera that does not beep when you are getting close to something, and a lock system that does not sound the horn when I lock the car. Upon further inspection, I found a hole in the driver's side floorboard. My trunk opens even when the car is locked and I have to simply hope no stranger discovers it. They have smooth, fast talking people in there that signed me up for every unnecessary service that comes out of my car note so now I'm paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month with about $98 total going to my actual balance. This car is literally impossible to pay off, and I'm thinking about driving into their front window and doing a tuck roll out the car before it hits and leaving it there. Just kidding, of course. But, that's how frustrating it is knowing that they got me. Once again, my fault for not doing my due diligence. But I do want to warn anybody else who may see this as a viable option. Go anywhere but here. They have you ring a gong when your purchase is complete- that is the Gong of Death.

But there are lots of people that are good at their jobs. Danny is better than good, he's GREAT!! He listened. He addressed our questions, our concerns. He didn't make up things. If he knew the answer he provided the information. If he needed to research the question he did that. All the while, without pressure or push. And Ish Saddler, manager, work with us, creatively, to make the purchase less painful financially. Danny, worked to get our vehicle ready to go home in freezing conditions. Again, yes it's his job. However, many would have done the bare minimum to get the vehicle ready. He was thorough. Everything was cleaned, in place and just so well prepared for us. And done outside in literal freezing weather. Cleaning with water literally created ice. Wish I'd just gone to the parts store and done it myself and saved $300. But they did give me a very nice itemized list of things they'd fix for more money.... Maybe I'll just try Cool Springs next time. This one was a DUD.
