To say that these are gluten-free is crazy, they taste so delicious and the flavor and texture do not elude to what you find in most gluten-free pastries. The sweet potato sticky pecan bun was so delicious, especially a little bit warm with some black coffee. It is so soft and moist with just the right amount of sweetness, you would think that it would be overwhelmingly sweet, but it wasn't, it was perfect. And the carrot cake muffin was equally amazing with a hint of sweet cream cheese, tucked away in the middle of the muffin popping out to give you a sweet kiss.
