Never having this procedure before, I was totally not prepared for the shock of the intense burning feeling that shot up the side of my face when they administered the novacaine. It hurt and scared the heck out of me - I have to say I was shaking uncontrollably after that and still can't believe that happened without warning. I came to understand why they have to do that but I would have liked to have been given a warning before hand. Once the novacaine had numbed me, the rest of the procedure was totally pain free for which I will always be grateful.

He is extremely patient and explains the procedure step by step, often asking if I'm doing okay. I've had fillings, crowns and cleanings done by him.
