Their hygenists are all very nice and very good but I prefer Sue. She is wonderful and for several years now I will only go to see her. She has a nice way about her and does not dive into your mouth hacking and slashing. Nope. Hers is a kindler, gentler cleaning method that I approve of. Sure, she gets it doen and done well. Just without the pain and bleeding that I have gotten as an extra for no charge from other hygenists. Dr. Coletti is a very nice man. Profesional. Competent. An excellent dentist. I received a phone call on Monday to make an appointment, that appointment was today. When I was called into the back I was not met with even a hello rather pointed to a chair and asked "what are you here for". I explained that I was here from the Providence VA and met with an "oh", the dental tech then left the room, every staff member that walked by the room look in it with a dirty look. When I explained to the dental tech that I had just had a tooth pulled the day before and asked to be gentle with the xray film I was told that the xrays "needed to be done". I have very bad TMJ and jaw shifting but wasn't able to explain that to her before the film was where my tooth was extracted, making me gag. I then asked for a pano so they could get the needed pictures and that was even an issue. I am 5'11 and 250 lbs and have had many panos done so I know that 1. the machine is adjustable and 2. i fit. without adjusting the machine from its low position I tried to bite the bite stick but again very bad jaw shifting due to TMJ while crouching and trying to bite the stick I could not move my head against the machine and into the correct position without losing the bite stick. The pano never happened and I could not leave fast enough and didnt even see the doctor. The staff is completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was wasting their time! I will never go back to them again and we be telling the VA about how incredibly rude they are as to not have another veteran treated this way.

Today August 23 2022 1:00 as I was eating fried shrimp and tater tots for lunch I noticed something lumpy in my mouth. It was one of the teeth, 2 nd from the front. Now the denture is razor like. I called a repair place in Pawtucket and they said drop it off and pick it up tomorrow. So I called Aspen and she said come in at 4:00. Got there, signed in,barley sat and was called to sit in the operating chair. She took the denture and tooth. Came back 10 minutes later with it all fixed said it was still in warranty till 2027 and sent me on my way. Had to update my accounting for this place. I still think their original people that make you sign you first child away for dental work is off the wall and I would never have a tooth pulled from this horror house, but cleaning and their lab is superior to none.

I've lived in 5 states and been to many dentists. I've kids, I've spent time in museum quiet, semi-circle-seating-type waiting rooms. Imagine my shock walking into a spacious sunlit room, chatter and laughing in the waiting room, in the office, just this hub-bub of happy people. (It gets better) I have the privilege of Dr. Chang taking me on extremely short notice. An amazingly gentle and knowledgable doctor who had me at ease from hello. His dental assistant Diane was excellent. I usually despise the 'down' time looking at a poster of a fuzzy animal on the ceiling tile. HAH, this office blew that away! My view? Large gorgeous skylight, tiny tree branch with an orange leaf, a hawk circling a thermal vent, a flock of extremely fast birds, and the drill whirled on! (seriously) Pleasant and personable is what comes to mind but it's not quite it. It's something More... the front office worked so hard to help me determine insurance coverage. Pulling out my car keys, I realized I was smiling. I looked up and caught the eye of a patient leaving, we both grinned and she beeped :-) Oh, my tooth, fixed. Simply wonderful. The staff at this practice are inconsiderate and rude…read more Apparently they filed a claim with Delta Dental for dental work I had to have performed and the claim was denied. Rather than telling me about the claim denial, giving me a chance to help dispute it with the insurance company which would have been successful, they just billed me the full amount. When I asked for a detailed narrative for the history of the claim, they did not follow through. When I called asking about it (my 3rd request) the person who answered the phone hung up on me. I sent them a certified letter requesting a detailed explanation of the claim history, and they ignored the request. In my opinion, this practice has become very unprofessional and has a sense of entitlement. I recommend finding a different dentist office, which is what I am doing now!
