Eventually I spoke with her, she stated that the procedure was done correctly, and she offered lab use to my new dentist to repair the work. But previously this lab did very poor job. Sounds strange to use the terms "dentist" and "pleasure" in the same sentence, but Caroline's skill, professionalism and chair-side manner are second to none. The big difference between her and other dentists is that she treats you like a person, not just an appointment. She cares about her patients. She'll take time to fully explain your treatment options and will do everything possible to preserve the teeth you have. I actually look forward to my trips to the dentist now.

Upon check-in I did the necessary paperwork and after that I was greeted by a wonderful hygienist named Tara. She took X-rays and then started to gently scrape my teeth. He asked if I had any concerns and I said yes, I don't like the overcrowding of my teeth since I had braces years ago. He recommended an orthodontist who specializes in Invisalign. Dr Elson looked at the same films and saw a crack in the root of the tooth that was bothering her.
