Dr. McGough and her assistant could not have been more upbeat and pleasant. When it was determined that I needed a root canal, they happily stayed late until they finished me at 6:45 PM. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I have had other root canals done here with various other doctors and they all have the same work ethic and amazing patient care. Before any work is done, they go over your record, asking if there have been any changes to your health, current medications, etc. They're always asking "Are you okay?" or "Do you need anything?" or just stop when you signal to ask a question or take a breather. They never "dismiss" you and listen very carefully to anything you need to convey. (That's a HUGE plus in my book!) Compassion & quality time are first and foremost. Their finance department makes all the charges understandable and will set up the best possible payment plan for you, if that is what you need. If I could give TEN stars I would!
