Stop searching - this is the DC for you. As long as Dr. Rick is in practice, I will continue to see him. I started back as early as 2010, just a welness patient for preventative care. He isn't one of those chiropractors who's either not trained well enough, or not experienced enough to do all the necessary adjustments. Rick is no sissy, he doesn't need to use those sissy instruments, just his chiro table and his bare hands. If you're into the sissy small adjustments, he's got those fancy instruments too. It just so happened that last week, I had tremendous tension and pain in my shoulder. I learned later by reading online that is because of a pinched nerve between C6-C7 (just below the neck.) I think i tweaked it by accident when training jiu-jitsu. Luckily for me, I already knew exactly where to seek treatment. This morning, I didn't even tell Dr. Rick about the pain I've been experiencing. He found it with his hands, I think his exact words were, "What's going on here?" He did my usual wellness adjustment and boom - the tension is gone as the pressure on the nerve is gone. He still doesn't know just how much he helped this morning. I am writing this review on my own accord. I have been trying to reach them for a week now. I Left 2 voicemails and called bunch of times with no one picking up the phone. Also emailed - maybe they just are so busy that can't pick up the phone. No response to my email as well. All I wanted it to pick up my x rays from them which really doesn't require that much time. Clearly they don't really care about their patients. Or maybe they care about those who come to them now and pay but not the ones who used to. Either way I don't think any business is that busy to not return call or email for a week. Very unfortunate because it was and still is very important for me to get my x rays.
