I had back pain and it started on 10/27/2024. My ROM was limited, and the pain level was 7-10/10. The medications that I used were Ibuprofen, Celebrex, Voltaren (i/m injection and gel). I used a hot pack, and tens, I did stretching exercises... I felt better for a while, but on 11/24/2024 (it was Sunday) I could not walk. I had sciatica on my left leg.
