Lot's of physical therapy from TENS and Heat to a traction table and use of massage pad and a micro adjuster gun. He loosened up my lower back then using traction, he was able to adjust my lumbar region providing instant relief to the pressure that was causing the pain. He also did traction on my neck and using the traction device was able to adjust my neck. It's been a couple of days and I'm feeling much better. I loved the different therapeutic methods to deal with my acute pain. Definitely will come back if I tweak the back again.

I started going here because the treatments helped me with my painful migraines. I was told by Dr. Ho that if I stopped golfing, I would have less pain. I've stopped golfing, but due to my old age I'm still in pain. I recently started coming here on a weekly basis because I tripped and fell. I sprained my fingers, and I started feeling pain on my right lower back. Dr. Lu is a very patient and caring doctor. He always gives suggestions as to what we could do to lessen the pain. I have stopped crossing my legs. I try to sit at a 90 degree angle. I adjust my phone, tablet, and computer screen so that it is at eye level. I stand with relaxed knees. Those are just a few of the suggestions he has given me. If you want to know a good place to eat, Dr. Lu has given us numerous delicious suggestions.
