My first time visiting Rheetch, the moment you walk in someone says hi or hello to you. As someone who used to be in customer service and shops a lot, being welcomed when you enter a business is extremely important. Everyone is extremely nice, patient, and helpful. They go above and beyond explaining everything to you; the products you might need, what services they provide, and useful "try this" information. Even the communication via email (for artwork submission) was easy, you can even speak with the graphic artist which in the shop if you want. So happy someone recommended this place to me, will definitely do the same and coming here for more projects. read more

Brian the owner has issues. It's true he does sit on his thrown and does not care about his clients. The workers like to play favorites, so if you haven't been going for 20+ years they won't even acknowledge you. I brought this up to Brian and he got so upset and defensive he started yelling in the middle of his own store. A real afternoon treat. This business is full of toxicity. I suggest you take your project elsewhere there's plenty of places around them that will do the same job happily and with help. That's what I ended up doing and even saved some money read more

Forget the other shops on Main, this is the one stop shop! They have it all and they have the BEST prices in town. All the staff are very helpful and they ask if you've been helped as soon as you walk in. Any questions you may have they'll help you out and even give you tips. Owner is a sit in your Throne guy sitting in the corner. Workers are great. Feel sorry for every single one of them. Owner seems volatile and ready to blow up at any minute. Treats you great one second and on his feet chest bumping you to get out of his store like the angry little man he hides behind the facade. Threatened me today and chest bumped me out of his store because they assumed the screens where for manual rather than automatic. asshole in the highest degree behind a mask of workers doing his bidding. Yes, also known as Rheetech or Rheeliable (in Riverside)... They used to have this great guy that worked for them, Chris, and he was the one who dealt with all of my screen orders and artwork uploads. Well through some falling out internally (it's a family business and drama happens) he was fired and now the only person you can deal with is this guy Brian who apparently doesn't care whether you've been a customer for almost 3 years or not. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and they've totally messed up my last few orders without any move to make me feel better about the situation. Sure they'll do it over, but how does that help when you got orders you have to fill the same day you suddenly realize the screens you thought were good are no good? I got my screens from the Riverside branch and they are just junk, whether they've used the wrong screen blocker or just incorrectly outputted the artwork they cannot get their act together anymore. I feel like they are on the steady decline down unless they make some drastic changes. The Latest (and last) Problem: My artwork (which was right on the computer) was output incorrectly to film and the screens for a 2 color print job came out mismatched (the 2 screens did not register together). Their solution: Telling me that I shouldn't have gone to the Riverside office and that I should have them ship my screens from LA instead (funny since I have always sent my artwork to the LA office and asked them to output it for me and give it to the Riverside branch). And that even though they charged me the additional fee for an oversized print, their Riverside branch is a bad place to get it done at. Are you serious? Making my circumstance right is not charging me an extra 15 dollars to ship my screens from LA to my house, it's crediting me for the screens they've already messed up and doing it right the next time. But unfortunately customer service is no longer the prized commodity it once was. My screens get messed up and they tell me I shouldn't have gone to Riverside. What kind of answer is that? I guess the dad works in Riverside and poor guy might be too old for the job. Still a good place to buy ink and supplies, just don't trust your screens/artwork to them anymore. And forget the customer service, those days are long gone with this lot, they'll show you the door for getting upset or hang up on you for (I quote) "blabbing on". I'm sorry Brian if my small scale business doesn't cut it for you to go the extra mile in making me happy. Yeah, we're just a small Christian based organization which gives half if not all of our profits to charity. Our bad. A-class service for sure. FAIL. read more

I give them 3 stars for good prices, fast turnaround, good printing on films, ability to make films and screens in almost any size and 9.5 out of 10 times they burn the screen correctly. A couple of times they have burned the screens inattentively sideways, where you wouldn't have enough room for an ink reservoir when pulling. Also, there have even been a couple of times that the screen isn't attached on the frames thoroughly but they've fixed that for free. For the most part I've been satisfied but today the owner Brian was just plain rude for no great reason. While the other employees have always been pleasant to deal with, Brian was not. While I don't really care if a business is polite, I don't think anyone needs to be that rude when they only have a MINIMAL amount of interaction with their customers. I've heard this about his rudeness from peers in the screen printing community who have switched over to Screen Depot across the street. I'd like to find another business with competitive prices and good screen burning. read more

Rheetech is my go-to company for all things silkscreen printing. I live on the East Coast but when I'm in LA, Rheetech is the first place I go. I've used them for hi-con 3-color seps and they burned the images on screens and sent them to me. They are always perfect. I buy my inks and supplies and have them ship to the East Coast. I have used Rheetech since I bought my first screen printer and flash dryer years ago. Their screens are always perfectly done and they give great advice. Today, I had messed up communication with them in timing to pick up a screen... it could have been a wasted trip, but Ulysses and his crew were kind enough to whip up the order quickly to save me another drive and save my deadline for camp shirts. If u want good customer service this isnt the place. Took my logo to be made into screen wed. not done thurs. (24hr turnaround? Guess not as promised) friday go in its messed up like they sprilled a chemical on it. My screen was missing details because the gluey stuff that was spilled on it messed it up. They said come back in 24hrs. Any time before 2pm i get there @ 10am (24hrs later.) they said it aint done. All the workers look like potheads. read more

So here is an update on my Rheetech experience. I finally got my screens and used them once and they all ripped on the seems in the exact same spot which means that they remeshed them too right. I called and spoke to an associate there who told me that they would Remesh them at no charge. I drove all the way down there to be told by the stoned idiot behind the counter that they will not Remesh the screens and basically out $200!! DO NOT use these people they are incompetent morons with no understanding of customer service!! read more

I have always come here to get my screens fixed or made; never any problems. However, when I last purchased ink, it was old.. and they confirmed it "bring back if no good". I did return the ink as I couldn't save it... told me tough luck, all sales are final. Nice. Well all my future screen purchases are final too... just not at Rheetech. Thanks Man!. read more
