Who cancelled it because I didn't. She said "Epic" cancelled it, it's an automated system, I can't talk to anyone there about why they would do that (and not notify me) and there's no reason given. Glad I went out in the freezing cold to an appointment that didn't exist anymore and that nobody bothered to tell me about. She said I should've responded to the reminder sent to me. I never received a reminder. Not by phone or text or email and they have all that information on how to reach me. I'm aggravated and might have to find a new care center since this one doesn't care.

Not once did anyone come in the room to let me know that I was not forgotten. The sad thing is that there were staff sitting at the nursing station talking about their personal life. Patient care and compassion is not at the forefront for this facility. An appointment is not necessary as they do not honor it I will never return and will be sure to share my feelings with all who ask me where they should seek attention

From the ER, the staff from the counter, technician, Care Assistant, CT technician, phlebotomist, Housekeeping, transporter, RN's & Dr's are amazing. And they do care of their patients. I wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent customer service, kindness & taking good care of are of me while I was admitted for few days. I highly recommended for anyone that is not feeling well to be treated to this hospital. I promise you they well take good care of you until you feel much better. My close friend went here for an emergency situation of pain…read more Wait time at the hospital this day was not bad for an emergency room, at two hours this is in the realm of urgent care wait so I am IMPRESSED to see this. The physicians had a lot of emergencies coming through the door. But the hospital worked in a way very efficient, with plenty of proper crew resource management and high levels of clinical knowledge the staff was able to create a care plan to get my friend back up and functioning in her daily life. My friend has chronic pain and fibro. She needed to get some sort of pain relief right away and this hospital did it for her. They bought her enough time to make it to the procedure when she will hopefully have longer lasting relief. It's good to know there's a quality hospital ready to serve in the near community.

They argued that it's really 15 minutes before even though the waiver says otherwise. They weren't able to give me any documents a 15 before policy. Another issue is that I scheduled an appointment to see a pediatric doctor for my doctor but when we arrive so was told one wasn't available and we ended up seeing a primary care doctor that had no idea how to answer our questions regarding her problem and actually resorted to google. More importantly, staff argues with you if you ask them to wash their hands when they enter the room you're assigned to.
