Got here a couple minutes before the appointment. I have 2 appointments for 2 kids right next to each other. They won't take my first child because we weren't 15 minutes early. So now I'm sitting here waiting for the hour to end while the doctor sees nobody because I was 3 minutes early rather than 15. Don't take yourself or your family here. Terrible service. One receptionist seemed to want to help my wife but some grossly overweight person also at the front desk told her no that we were late because we were 3 minutes early. He obviously didn't want to do his job. I have never experienced such awful service. What kind of pediatrician office allows some rude person to do this? How do you even stay in business. read more

Very rude customer service. Staff refuses to check people in if they arrive 6 minutes before appointment even though they require us to sign a waiver that say you can arrive 5 minutes before. They argued that it's really 15 minutes before even though the waiver says otherwise. They weren't able to give me any documents a 15 before policy. Another issue is that I scheduled an appointment to see a pediatric doctor for my doctor but when we arrive so was told one wasn't available and we ended up seeing a primary care doctor that had no idea how to answer our questions regarding her problem and actually resorted to google. More importantly, staff argues with you if you ask them to wash their hands when they enter the room you're assigned to. read more

0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. This clinic is basically a Medicaid extortion scam. They provide poor quality, utmost basic primary care services that they obviously keep running by billing your insurance for every possible thing. They will make you come in for more routine office visits than any doctor I've ever had, and will hold your prescriptions and referrals and anything they can hostage until they get more billed visits out of you. They seem to exist only for this purpose. They know what gets covered, and they will try to run every patient for the checklist. They have layers of random tricky policy intended to funnel you back into billable circumstances, such as a referral having a very short validity period that entails another visit BACK for the same purpose if you require a re-issue. If you've been on medicaid for a long time, you know this type of "clinic". The office people have attempted to be helpful in the past, but it seems apparent that the people who run this place are running it exactly how they intend to. A few of the "higher up" doctors that I've had to deal with there have been rude and dismissive, as well as downright ignorant of current medical knowledge and asserting of known medical fallacy regarding the specifics of prescription drugs and diseases/disorders. They obviously do not care enough to stay up to date, and their ignorance is dangerous. I have finally decided to dump them because they've refused to refill a very basic no hazard medication that I've been on for 15 years, pending an unnecessary office visit in the middle of a global pandemic, with my known immunological disorder- the results of which would have no bearing on whether or not the prescription is refilled. EXTORTION. Do yourself a favor and find a better provider, almost any of the other local options will be better. They will at least be a baseline expectancy medicaid clinic, instead of constant medical sabotage. The sad thing is, this review and any people who don't go there because of it doesn't matter to them- because there will be a never ending line of medicaid patients to take advantage of, AND THEY KNOW IT. read more

We have been a few times now; they have been polite, friendly, helpful and willing to answer all of our questions.

Worst place ever. Every single appointment I have had or my son has had has been terrible and I don't know why I kept giving them chances. The last straw is I made an appointment 3 months in advance per the doctors orders for my son to have a follow up with his script. They called and confirmed the appointment, I called to reconfirmed the appointment, not once but twice, (once even the same day) and not once did anyone tell me that they would have to cancel the appointment because the doctor refuses to refill my sons script and no one can tell me why. The only thing they can tell me is I have to schedule a new appointment with a physiatrist. I asked what my son is supposed to do for meds because he now only has 4 pills left and he can't be without his meds. Why didn't someone speak up prior to this appointment? Why did you confirm the appointment 3 times and then cancel 15 minutes before I was getting ready to walk out the door to come to the appointment? Only answer I get is you have to talk to Mark and then schedule a new appointment. Then I am told Mark is in with his last patient and will call me back. I waited and waited and to no surprise, no call back. Not only did I change my work schedule to make this appointment but now I wasted my whole day waiting for someone to call me back that never did! I called back today and Mark is no in the office today. Now I am beyond upset and frustrated and am told I have to call back tomorrow. No, I will not call back, I will be there first thing in the morning and I want a face to face conversation and then I will be taking my son elsewhere. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I told them what I needed to be seen for when I made the appointment and then when I showed up the nurse told me that what I needed to be seen for isn't something they can assist me with and she freely admitted that they knew this ahead of time but her bosses wouldn't allow her to call me to cancel my appointment. I even emailed them twice in the weeks prior to finally being seen and they never even bothered to reply to either message. Without a doubt the most unprofessionally run medical clinic I have EVER been to, and I've been to dozens. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! This place is terrible!! I have not been feeling good the past two weeks and thought I should go here to figure out what's going on. This place is nice and close to my house, so I thought it would be a good place to go. I walked in and talked to the lady at the front desk who was super rude to me. I was told that I can't just walk in and that they only take appointments. If I wait to be seen it could be anywhere from 1-6hours. I'm sorry but I would rather be doing something else on my Saturday afternoon. She said most likely the only way I'd be seen is if someone cancels. I asked if I could wait at home since I feel horrible and it's a quick 2 minute drive. She said no I have to physically be there. Pretty much she was rude and said they don't accept walk ins. I grabbed a magnet on my way out and it says walk ins welcome. So I guess they mean walk ins welcome if you're willing to give up 6hrs of your day. This place is terrible!! read more
