Siege's standard package is about $50 for gun rental, air refills, face mask, and 500 paintballs. That usually amounts to about 2-1/2 to 3 hours of paintball. The group rate is slightly less (around $40) for 8 or more players, and groups have a reserved time. They have five or six outdoor courses (our favorite is City). The Siege provides referees and they are very safety conscious, which I love. Customer service is always great!

We arrived at 11am this morning and no one was there. Another large group was also there waiting who had called last week to confirm they were open. We waited an hour and nobody from Wyld Side showed up. We tried several phone numbers, all were either out of service or voicemail not set up.

They have some paintball stuff, but the selection is rough and it seems more like an afterthought…read more The biggest concern I have is the customer service and professionalism of the establishment. Wyldside is built in with a Tattoo parlor (Euro 2) and some days you walk in and get a person hat kinda knows what they are talking about. Other days it takes 20 minutes for someone to ask if you need anything because they are a tattoo artist and want nothing to do with selling paintball gear. It's sad that Rockford has no paintball store and even though this place sells it, they don't do anything to actually prove they want to sell you anything besides a tattoo.

One of the most un-professional experiences I have had with a business in a long time. After purchasing these certificates and trying to use them for my son on his birthday I was told that they would only be honored for partial value because they appeared to the owner that they looked like fakes. After telling the staff that I would not be paying for more than I had already purchased they put me on the phone with the owner. The owner spent 15 minutes on the phone harassing me telling me that these certificates did not come from him and telling me they were fakes. Eventually he gave in and honored the full value but not with out threatening me that he was going to do a full investigation as to where these certificates came from.

Im definitely going to be coming back even though my friends arent able to make it next time. Everybody there is super friendly so it's not hard to make some new buddies to have a great time with. Also, they do airsoft every 2nd and 4th sunday of the month starting at 9am ending at 5pm. All day admission is 15$ before 11am and after that it's 25$. Definitely worth it to get 3 refs out there and have all kinds of fun games like hostage, capture the crate, and huge team deathmatch games.
