Super good airsoft store, every time I go is a good experience. They have a great selection and will most likely have what you want. The airsoft guns seem pretty valuable, but I did get an airsoft gun that broke twice in 1 week, but they make up for it because they offer repairs, and mine were free both times. I have also gotten another airsoft gun, and it works completely fine. Workers there are very kind and are super helpful. They are experts at their job. I purchased an item from this company on eBay. The ad clearly stated that the item was NEW and came with multiple parts included. When I received the item, it was in a plain cardboard box (not the original manufactures packaging) and it was missing many of the advertised included parts. I messaged them on eBay, they wrote back to me admitting that parts were missing and that they would send them to me. After months of messaging back and forth and hours upon hours of calls with eBay, they never sent me the missing parts and they stopped responding to me altogether. They took my money and never looked back. I called their customer service number and they told me that don't deal with eBay purchases. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE LIED TO ME FOR MONTHS. This is going to be a very honest review. I have been going to Mir Tactical for several years now and it is my go to place for anything airsoft related. They are very up to date and very aware of what the customers want and new guns and gear are always coming in hot! The staff is also very friendly and despite reading some negative reviews about tech work, I thought I'd come in to try. I believe they recently hired a new tech and so far I've seen nothing wrong with the work that was done. Only problem I faced on two occasions was when an associate tried charging me $35 to install a motor as well as the other time for an inner barrel. I mean I get it it's a business but $35 is definitely not worth a 5 minute install. While I do support their business, I do not appreciate their integrity. This is a great place to get into the amazing hobby of airsoft! The staff is very nice to new and old customers alike and always have great service. The only complaints I have are as follows the staff while great where short staffed I don't know if that's becuase of COVID but I went on a busy Saturday afternoon and they only had three staff working. My other complaint is that the guns are a bit pricey but not by a long shot Amazon has way worse prices my only suggestion is that if you can't get over the price just use evike. Nice guys, good air soft selection. Being a paint baller the selection was slim but I'm not the one to complain. Being that theyre one of the few vendors out this way. One tip to management- do a better job of keeping an up to date stock check on your inventory so people don't make long drives for products that may or may not be there. read more

This place is great. A little on the smaller side, but their great customer service makes up for it. They are always willing to help out. Even despite small size they have a good selection of product, a nice chill room with a video game and a nice shooting range. Can't wait to see the strides these guys make in the coming years. I came in again to buy a piston part that broke on me after one time use. they allowed me to exchange it for a replacement, but their attitude "this will be a one time exchange exception" was extremely off putting and seem very hostile, especially the sales representative store guy, his whole attitude really put me off and I now never want to return or come into the store ever again, their products are marked up from what they normally are. Some sales representative have little or lie about their expertise in airsoft in order to make a sale, one day you come in their friendly and try to help you, next day you come with a problem their whole attitude switches up and become rude and not happy to see you because you had a problem. Called on the phone before to ask if they have something in stock or when it will be in stock, confirms on the phone even with the product ID if they have it in stock only to go in store and told they don't have after making sure to confirm if they do have. I am at my wits with this store and business, I HIGHLY and with EXTREME advise and recommend to go somewhere else. Techs are overpriced and never fix or get what you pay with many people who can confirm this. Products are stupidly marked up from other online sites that you can order for much more cheaper if you have patience at most a week to get while they take many weeks to months to restock something. They're gonna try to contact me and buy me off to redo my review so it puts them in a better light and seem like a they're trying to fix the problem, but in reality they won't fix nothing and they will remain the same as they always do in the local airsoft community, a thorn and greedy goblin that looking for max profits even if it means screwing people over. read more

They did not stand behind there return policy and talked disrespectful to me saying my gun was low grade and isn't worth fixing.

I purchased an item and received the wrong one. Rather than accept it in return, they argued and blamed. It was drain of time and unnecessarily annoying. They finally took it back after I threatened to seek a refund through my credit card company, and then they issued an incomplete refund because of "restocking" for something which was their mistake. Shop is great, sales guys are great, even the events are good, do not get your tech work done here tho! Sent gun in for shooting inconsistent, got it back 130 bucks later with exact same issue like first 3 shots I knew it was still messed up, sent it back under their "warranty" they tried to charge me for labor and parts had to debate with them 4 times first they removed labor except 1 hour then a part that was already changed before, then wanted to charge me shipping ... again finally got them to only charge me for the new part that was originally the problem. I then received the gun back to have it quit firing on the first mag. They had pinched my motor wire in the gearbox putting it back together also had to tell them I wanted my stock parts back that they had taken out because they were not shipped back to me the first time. I usually tech my own gun but just had too much crap going on at this time was hoping to save myself a couple hours on the gun just to have to pull it apart anyways. Like I said do not .... I brought for them a gear box to rewire and test after I installed $60 bore up kit. In 2 weeks they call me to say "Good news/bad news. We wired your gearbox, but your piston broke by itself, buy one from us." I agree to buy it from them. 2 hours later I get a call "You know when your piston broke, it broke few new parts, your $60 bore up kit is broke, you wanna buy one from us you take or your broken gearbox back the way it is since it "broke by itself" and pay us $30 for us wiring it"? So they break my parts while they were in THEIR CARE, and they have audacity to demand money for replacement parts? STAY AWAY FROM THEM. read more

An otherwise great shop run by self-absorbed arrogant juveniles who've never had a minute of customer service training and have no idea how to ensure customer satisfaction. It feels like a bunch of guys--who were really into Airsoft-- decided to ruin their passion (and forego secondary education) by trying to do it for a living. Mission accomplished. The last oversized child that "helped" me there sold me a Krytac just before the line got pulled from them and then trash-talked Krytac when I returned 3 months later to buy an Avalon. Then when my Avalon chrono'd at only 330 with .20 test BBs (out-of-the-box it's supposed to be 380+), I asked about putting a stronger spring in it (the Avalon boasts a quick-change spring system which should have made this a 2 min process) I was told it wouldn't help, followed by a litany of misinformation and finally I was asked to leave the gun as it would take "a few days"...for a quick-change spring swap! After spending well over $1500 there over a two year period, you wouldn't be faulted for assuming I love this place--and I wish I did because it'd be great to have a trustworthy semi-local shop--but I see no advantage to buying anything from these flunkies that you can't find--usually cheaper--on Evike, AirsoftGI or frankly any number of responsive online enterprises. I won't be returning. My advice is do your own product research on YouTube, and Airsoft learning on the field, and avoid this place. They're the cause of the death of retail, not the effect. read more

I had decided to check out Mir Tactical while looking for molle gear. It was alittle hard to find due to the fact that it is in an industrial park but it is more than worth it once u find it. Right away you can MT is legit, u can see into the showroom and they aren't afraid to show off what they got. I am not familiar with the airsoft community but I'm looking to branch out. The glass cases show what accessories they have on hand and they are more than willing to let u dry run some guns. They have standard plastic but what gets me is the metal guns. The closer to realistic, the better. The venders are also very knowledgable and are willing to help out when needed. What I thought was great was that the vendor who helped us out had the same Condor jacket I'm currently lookin to get. Over all very good place. Take a business card and don't b afraid to come back. Just cuz it's 2$ cheaper online doesn't mean you get service with it. Going back for sure. read more

Very impressed with the excellent staff and ownership, whom are a very professional group that have been repeatedly willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This is not the least expensive option you'll find, but the best rarely is, and they have helped out the group I play with repeatedly with our purchases, upgrades, and repairs.
