They still are closed and my daughter is done with softball for the year. She doesn't need lessons anymore and I have contacted the previous owners and they will not help me at all. They will not reimburse me and they tell me to wait for the new Elite Sports to open with different owners, but it's been over three months and my daughter does not need lessons anymore. The previous owners are absolutely awful human beings for stealing my $500 and not reimbursing me when they closed.

We used 2 different cages they were sporadic at best and twice threw multiple balls almost hitting my daughter with 1 of the 4 balls it threw. A third batting cage did have the OUT OF ORDER sign on it, I believe ours should have. There appeared to be one good working batting cage. Had to get help at least three times because they were not working at all. The staff (who were very kind) did put more $ on our card but it did not cover what we paid for and did not get. The place is in desperate need of maintenance, upkeep, update etc. because it is a bit of a shamble. Very disappointed!!

Today just me and my 2 year old arrived to play basketball for a bit. I brought both of our membership cards in and left my purse in the car because of previous theft in the facility. I ask for a ball . Provide MARY my card, my daughter's card. She says she needs my drivers license. I tell her it's in the car because I don't want to bring my purse back in, we often get a ball for my daughters FATHER with my membership card because he never carry's any ID. She tells me no I need to take my 2 year old back in 20 degree weather. I am at a point where I would just rather cancel my membership than go through weird interactions like this one. Especially with the severity of the weather and just trying to get out and be active. The gold membership has provided no level of customer service or convenience. Will be canceling and telling my friends to sign up for bears fit or planet fitness that are both close to the area. Do not waste your time or money.

We also used the driving rage, again, plenty of social distancing since the mats are about ten feet apart. They do have equipment to borrow, for free and with a used discard bin, but it's just easiest to bring your own stuff. The other things open are mini golf and go karts. We did not do those, but will probably be back since the outdoor options still aren't all open. The reason for the knock off star are the prices. This is an old facility with very modern prices. The two don't match. Also, Dairy Ripple is next door, so make it an afternoon trip out to Sycamore!

I got into a car accident that left me completely unable to continue commuting to this gym, which is over an hour away from where I live. For months, I was actually making that commute, but after the accident and the resulting financial strain, it was simply impossible. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the gym to cancel my membership. They demand all sorts of proof, which I provided: photos of my wrecked car, detailed explanations of my situation, the fact that I'm now financially struggling and can't afford the ridiculous commute or fees. And you know what they did? They gave me the runaround every single time. They kept giving me the wrong email to contact, probably just to wear me down. I called them multiple times. I even went in person, and every single time they'd just shrug me off with a fake contact. Finally, I found the correct email on their website. I emailed them with all my documentation, and guess what? I got an autoreply saying they'd respond in three business days. It's been four days and still nothing. Radio silence. We even tried messaging them on their website, on Instagram DMs, and still absolutely no real response. They just don't care. The customer service is basically nonexistent and when they do respond, they just want to keep charging you. They never actually help. The gym is run down, the staff couldn't care less about members, and if you try to leave, they'll just threaten you with debt collectors rather than have any human decency. Avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth your sanity or your money.
