The Staff at Ives Groves always takes very good care of us. We use a nice sized meeting room that is attached to the bar and grill. This convenient because the previous year's loser has to buy breakfast for the whole league on draft day. Prices are reasonable and portions are large, which is another positive! The people cleaning the carts and taking money for the course were all wearing masks and following the appropriate COVID guide lines. Blatant disregard for their older clients health. Be careful.

Great Golf Course but be prepared to wait for slow people. We finally got tired of waiting 10 minutes per hole to tee off, after the 7th hole we walked off the course. Went to club house afterwards and stated what had happened , and just got a dumb look back. The Valecce wedding enjoyed the serene and relaxing setting of the country clubs banquet facilities. The place felt more like a home. The massive fireplace and large picture windows overlooking the golf course create a setting that screams romance. The food was superb and service was on point. The last time I played, the greens were fast and my drives went a lot further. The downside is that the course definitely needs more water, I can imagine that the greens get really difficult when it's the peak of summer heat with little rain. The sand traps on several holes need some major work. They are over weeded with some marked ground under repair. It's priced appropriately for the condition of the course.

Drinks are reasonably priced (always a plus!) and they make a pretty mean brat. The staff is so friendly- you can tell they enjoy their jobs! The golf course has a nice layout and is well manicured. The pro shop, if you can call it that, is poorly stocked and has a "funky" odor. The golf course is in poor condition, as is the clubhouse. We payed for 18 holes and left after nine. Nine holes of golf took three hours and 4 minutes to complete. We never once saw a ranger or a drink cart. When we stopped after nine and explained our frustration to the man in the pro shop we were greeted with more rudeness and refusal to issue a rain check or a refund. The only positive thing about our experience was the gal in the bar. I believe her name was Nan. She had a fun personality and great customer service skills.
