I have to say for my last minute needs or gifts this location will have something for me always. My favorite area is the shoes because they usually have a good variety to choose from. Funny story... during my last visit my friend and I were joking about the store hiring due to the long line and lack of support on the registers. While making our way to the register to complete our purchase we were greeted by the manager Alicia. She was super cool. She overheard us so we were kinda embarrassed but to my surprise she laughed right along with us & her and the other gal( newbie, I think her name is javoni) got that line moving pretty quickly. Overall, this is a solid location for clothing & goods and the people are chill. Ross will always be Ross but my place to find what I need, complain about the line and leave like nothing happened.

Only one size of each style is sold. This specialty boutique caters to ladies of all ages according to the business card that Sharon the store owner gave me. She's a doll! I wanted to leave this message to management regarding their training program…read more Had an encounter with a new team member that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a 20 plus year customer. Had a pleasant chat with a sales person about shopping for a Father's Day gift, it was helpful. Once I found the item, made an effort to look for their register to make the purchase. This could be considered a luxury garment, it's a special occasion & thought it'ld be nice to have a garment bag for the present. When asked, the team member excused themselves and returned with the gift enclosed in a dry cleaners type, flimsy plastic bag knotted at the bottom. I was a bit puzzled since the person seems to be professional and understood. When asked again, they checked w' another team member & returned with the comment more or less: "that kind of bag could not be given to me because of that kind of spend..." The tone was different and seemed discourteous. In a normal way asked how much I could purchase one for. I'ld like to say that I wasn't asking based on the retail or the final sales price of the garment (good value), it was from what I thought was a conversation about me finding a cool gift. During 20+ years as a purchasing customer, haven't needed anything like this so thought it was a reasonable ask. It was suggested that I could go to customer service, maybe they could provide one, but were not sure? I would've preferred a simple no thank you, that's not available rather than the snarky, condescending remark. The back-and-forth thing over such an incidental request was also unnecessarily time-consuming, this was an overall dissatisfying experience. ENDS

I've shopped at multiple Torrid locations since the brand was born. While I do like the fashion…read morediversity of the brand and the size inclusion, I cannot recommend this specific location. The mall is great, but the staff here are outright offensive and discriminatory towards customers. I had a great experience midweek picking up an online order and I took advantage of the additional discount for buying additional items while I was there. Today, the store manager decided it was prudent to eavesdrop on a private conversation I was having with my disabled daughter. This "store manager" made outrageous claims and threatened to inform her district manager about me. This same "store manager" refused to provide even her first name. The issue was that the so called manager was demanding the other associate to help customers while she stood behind the counter appearing to not be doing anything. While waiting in line another customer jumped the line and this "manager" helped them without any delay. When my daughter looked at me questioning what was happening we began talking. The associate ordered to help customers was struggling with basic tasks such as inputting a customer phone number for their rewards program. She was friendly, but slow and appeared to need additional training. Training, service, and the issues my daughter and I observed were discussed while waiting for the associate to retrieve my paid order. My primary concern is the disrespectful behavior and unprofessionalism of this supposed nameless manager. Not only did I call her out for discrimination when she claimed it was acceptable for her to interrupt our conversation, but also claim I was being loud. Perhaps a loud whisper is her definition of loud, but when my daughter has multiple disabilities including hearing loss, this "manage" is discriminating against the customers of the store. Then to threaten to tattle about my concern to her DM is just comical. I'd LOVE to speak to her DM! 0/5 stars. I would never recommend this location due to this middle aged blonde "manager" and her behavior. I will not shop this location ever again. I am debating canceling my store card and never spending one more dollar at any Torrid location as this attitude seems embedded into the culture there.

I love finding "finds" in the clearance section, sometimes you can get a super good deal. The only thing I think that can be worked on is the fitting rooms.
