Knowing small businesses get really busy, I stopped by to get an appointment. Super friendly. Luckily, they were able to put me on a list for a pedicure and call me when they were ready for me. Waited about 45 minutes, which was fine since I got to do some shopping next door. Came in, was immediately seated. My nail tech -- you can easily tell she was not in the mood lol. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just assumed she was just not having a good day so I let it slide. I got the second service below the basic/classic pedicure so I was expecting a little more than a basic pedicure. Like I said, I'm just assuming she was having a bad day but I wish my service was better. She was on her phone 90% of the time. She would stop what she was doing, grab her phone & would text; would even make a phone call. I got so annoyed that I stopped being on my phone and basically stared at her. When she got to the massaging part, her eyes were glued to her phone. She was just rubbing my legs the entire time. Barely scrubbed my feet, my nails were cut crooked and the paint job was a joke. Could I have said something? Yes but honestly, I was so disappointed that I just wanted to leave. Granted, the other techs around me looked like they were treating their customers with so much care. I just happen to get the one that just didn't give a damn. I'm new to town and I'm trying out different salons around the area to see which one is my go-to. After a bad first experience here, I don't know if I'll give this place a second chance.
