I went in for a pedicure and the owner kept cutting me. She then kept putting me superglue on my cut didn't ask if I'm diabetic or allergic. If maybe she would have l stop talking to her techs and paid more attention she would have done a better job. Never again will I go or recommend. read more

I had a horrible experience. The nail tech was rough. She pinched and pulled on my fingers. She talked to me like I was a little kid. My French tips looked thick and messy. When I asked her to fix them, she gave me an attitude. She said I should have told her before. She kept speaking to me in a rude tone. It felt like she did not want to fix her work. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I used to come here all the time in high school for cute and affordable nails. I moved a couple hours away and always make it a point to stop by for a full set of acrylics every time I'm in town. Its was nice place and clean building. After one day that I had my nail it chip off my finger. I have always had an I'll l and never have they chip off with no pain. I was in told shock. I will never go to that business again. Know I think of it I never them wash their wash as the switch to one client to another never finishing the job started. NEVER GO TO DO NOT STOP. The worker was coughing on her hands as my friend was paying and exchanging card/receipt. Then, my nail tech lady kept wanting my chair to be pushed all the way in close to her, when my arms are long enough to reach her. She was also coughing so i don't see a reason to be so close when my hands were where she wanted them. I'm giving this a 5 star because they do a GREAT job with your nails and brows. I am from New York and I have to say they give New York a run for their money. I will however caution because they do speak another language in front of customers and it comes off rude, however it's their right to do so but consideration would be appreciated. Additionally, their business hours read 9am-8pm and when I arrived at 9:05 the door was open with no one in sight. The first employee arrived at 9:10am and apologized saying they open between 9-10am, which is absurd. But as stated before their work is 100% accurate and clean, which is what's most important aside from customer service. read more

Honestly this is my favorite place to go they haven't ever messed up on me. I've gone to OTHER PLACES and got acrylics and they have either cut me my nail fell of in three days (while washing dishes ) or I get water damage, ALL AT OTHER PLACES. But I've have always had amazing nails that last a long time don't chip and feel great. read more

Service was horrible. nails were extremely thick that made it look like they were paste on. i asked for coffin style and they ended up super squared, over priced for the quality of the work and the service. Girl going my pedicure had a small metal lunch box where she carried all her tools, don't think she sanitized any of the tools after she did my pedicure. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back. I paid for shalac and my toe paint came off within 3 days, they have never lasted that short time before. Again worse service ever. I do not recommend this nail salon! I went for a mani w/ shellac and a pedi. The girl trimmed my toe nails too short, looks hideous! An hour after, the chrome shellac was coming off my nails. Plus, the shellac color was not what I asked for. The employees were whispering to each other in their native language and giggling...very rude and unprofessional. read more

I have been going there for a couple of years; but am going elsewhere. They now have a "resident" poodle dog that goes around sniffing the customers and when left in the back office, barks without ceasing. The ladies speak limited English and the manager is like a "dictator" barking at the employees in Vietnamese. They are constantly chatting amongst themselves with sometimes giggles which may be a remark about one of their clients...will never know. They do an excellent job; but, their dog needs to go and they need to create a friendlier environment for non-Vietnamese speakers. The manager always has a frown. read more

I had the deluxe pedi here yesterday. Yesterday while using the cheese grater to remove calluses, the girl took a huge chunk of skin from the bottom of my foot which bled profusely. She grabbed a tube of something and started dabbing it on my foot which burned like crazy. I think it may have been super glue but since she could barely speak any English at all communication was a bit difficult. She was wearing a shirt with a logo that said Space Cadet. If you want a very impersonal experience this is your place. The nail tech did not even say hi or look at me, she just started working on my toes with a dremmel. The entire salon's workers, about 6 or 7 people were speaking loudly to each other and ignoring the clients. I had crooked and short trimmed nails and could not get anyone to understand or even care. One lady had her 4 year old's nails just painted and they tried to charge her $30 because they washed her feet off before applying polish. As soon as she left they all cackled and made fun of her in Vietnamese. It felt very uncomfortable. I will not return. read more

The sign on the door says open Monday through Sunday & it gives the hours. I called Monday they never answered the phone and I went to the shop and they weren't open. Tuesday I called, the phone rang and rang, they never answered so I went to the shop - doors locked no one there. Another customers also there on Tuesday trying to get in. No signs on the door telling if they were on vacation, closed, or if they were ever opening again. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! read more

This place is horrible!! There is no customer service whatsoever. 3 different people worked on my nails. They just passed me along like I was part of an assembly line. 1st person asked me how I wanted my nails, but the 3rd person did it her way own way. She was also very aggressive while handling my hands. Thankfully I just asked for a polish change. Didn't want to find out what a manicure by them felt like. Its also very dirty and old. THE WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I've been to many salons in the valley, around Central Texas and around California. I cringe every time I look at my nails. They look so cheap. They're so bumpy and thick. Normally I would go back and ask for them to correct the issue but they were so rude that I would rather spend another $40 to have them fixed somewhere else. I got a pedicure...... was there only 15 minutes. They did a crap job removing my old color. They didn't wait until it was dry and they made me leave with my wet nails. Fast, professional and takes walk ins! I had both deluxe pedi and gel manicure done in the time it takes to get a normal pedi!
