I came in just to get my eyebrows cleaned up... the lady says "you have nice eyebrows" then proceeds to eff them up ‍‍‍‍ like how? All you had to do was clean them up and you decided to take more off? And then leave them half ass.. you could have at least fixed them!!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Don't recommend. Got my nails done with Marie yesterday and left so frustrated & disappointed.. such a bad experience.. been here every 2 weeks for the past 2 months.. decent prices but each time they want to do what they want instead of what you're requesting.. I asked for a pedicure & a full set.. pedicure was ok & after we went to her section to get my nails done.. she stepped on my toes.. didn't even bother to fix them.. then my nails were all un even.. I asked if she could correct them & her response was "oh you want them close to the cuticle" I said no I just want them to be even.. after supposedly fixing them I went to place them to dry:: noticed one was horribly messed up & she said you didn't notice earlier? It was a busy day and they were understaffed. With that being said they did not acknowledge me when I walked in. Waited probably over 30 minutes before they asked what I wanted. If you are going on a busy day expect to be receiving basic work done. I paid for a manicure and she did not file my nails to look the same or push back correctly my cuticles. She was in a rush to finish that the end product looks like I just painted my nails myself. I paid for shellac and it looks bumpy and a part of nail already chipped the same day. I also paid for a pedicure and received it from a different person who did a good job. Probably won't be visiting that salon again. read more

I am not happy with the service. I was there on Sunday to do a manicure and pedicure and felt 3 of employees arguing within each other and affected their work. The polish on my manicure came off on 1 finger on Monday and got it fixed on Tuesday. We'll same finger again polish is off.. read more

This is the McDonalds of nail salons. Rush, rush. rush. The staff wears masks because the fume level is toxic. The customers have to breathe it, though. I had acrylic overlays that lasted all of 4 days. It cost me to have them soaked off and done right somewhere else. I will never go back! read more

Wasn't the best but also not the worst. Definitely though feel like what I got wasn't worth what I paid for. David was nice and accommodating but just fell short in the execution some nails are crooked. And they all are bumpy. Have polish all over my skin and they just look sloppy and not uniform. I haven't been to this salon in years and there's a reason why. I just went back with my mom this weekend, and a nail tech did both of our pedicures. She was really rough and even used a pumice too hard, she scraped off skin on my ankle when she was rubbing my callus off of my heel. This is the only salon I've ever been to that also doesn't greet customers when they walk in. 5 girls walked out from no reassurance of their time, the owner didn't care about anyone leaving or trying to get people to stay. The nail tech doing my pedicure also yanked out skin and made me believe it was an ingrown and I've never had a salon do that without asking me first! I was in so much pain, and today my toe is still swollen. This was such a bad experience I would never recommend someone coming here. read more

Had a short amount of time while on a trip to the Valley and needed to get my nails done. It was a bit of a weird experience but I love my nails. The color has gotten rave comments from friends. The service was weird, yes, but the outcome worth it. When I first got there, they gave me a bowl of polish remover for my feet and my hands. I say for about 15-20 minutes in an awkward pose while Jerry Springer was in the TV. I tried my best to avoid eye contact with the TV as it such a ridiculous show. And trying to out your toes into a bowl. Way weird. Plus it didn't do a thing because I had shellac on. Finally was rescued by my nail tech who also saved me by having what I think is the manager turn it. She is the one that stuck me in bowls of remover. When I say he got down to business I don't lie. He wasted no time. I had a mani and pedi in about an hour. No extras for sure. Did the job. No flares and no extras but price was also very reasonable. Sooo weird experience but great outcome. I'm torn but think I'd go back if in town. Try it and let me know what you think. read more

Took very good care of my toes. Courteous people. They have a variety of colors and their stuff looks clean. It felt comfortable.

I walked in and got a great mani-pedi for a great price. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back the next time I'm in town. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! they don't care how long you wait or if you're comfortable. It was extremely hot in there and everyone was so rude. My sisters nails had so many bumps in them. My pedicure was the worst, my toe nails ended up being uneven. My mom got her eyebrows waxed and they did a bad job... her eyebrows were too far apart after! I made a yelp to simply make this review. Will not be going back. I have been going to Amy's for about two years. Today was unbelievably bad. No one greeted us upon arrival. We sat down to wait. Wait we did. Others were then taken before us. At one point I asked and finally was told, oh yes this lady is next. I had to ask the tech 5 times for a pedicure. She couldn't remember from the time I sat down for my manicure. She kept forgetting. She put the wrong color on my toes. No lotion on my hands or any hand/arm massage. She started to file my nails after polishing. At one point she started to remove the French polish from one hand. I asked her what was wrong and she said they weren't dry? She kept disappearing, for phone, music, ?? There was no foot or leg massage with the pedi. There is more, but what's the point. I won't be back, neither will my family. When asked for referral, it won't be to Amy's. Amy's wasn't always this way. read more
