I believe the woman who did my nails name was Tiffany, and she was incredibly kind and spend a good amount of time shaping my nails. They added pearls and the price was super reasonable! I got pearls and a shimmery color and they were still cheaper than a basic set I recently got in Des Moines. I LOVED how they turned out, and they ended up being the nails I had when I got engaged! You can see the nails at the bottom of the picture. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

My husband had a pedicure and he asked about having his nails buffed because he obviously did not want color. After she did the buffing she told him it was an additional $10 which he never would've gone for. Very deceptive. Definitely did not get $116 worth of decent service! I now have to go get my nails redone somewhere else!

They don't chip easily either! They don't dilute their supplies and they are very clean. They do everything, dipped, shellac, acrylic, and they really take the time to do each persons nails. The only thing I suggest in making an appointment because they do get booked for their quality in nails.

She gave a great massage, didn't hurt me while trimming or filing the toe nails, and didn't engage in meaningless chitchat. Al great. The only downside was the couple with their small children. The baby (probably 2-3) screamed his head off and the toddler ran amok, even sitting on and tipping over one of the chairs. The man was finished with his services, and instead of taking the kids out of the spa, he just sat there. Oblivious to the other people around. I would definitely return for another pedicure when in town!

I was happy with the work and continued to come. But recently, I had an appointment, which I book in advance at the end of my each appointment. I drive 30 minutes from Brownsville to get here. I arrived and the place was locked. I sent a dm, a text, a phone call and left a message. I received no response. I waited for 25 minutes and then drove 30 minutes back home. So it ended up being a waste of 1 hr 25 minutes of my time. I received no response, definitely no reason for the "no show" , no attempt at rescheduling a new appointment. I was out of town for 2 weeks and when I got back I again attempted to get an appointment but received no response. I left it at, she's probably still out. I received no apology, I needed no apology but an attempt of rescheduling would have been nice. I waited an additional period of time and again attempted to get an appointment. This time around, she did acknowledge my attempt and gave me an appointment for the following week. The day of my appointment, I started my drive and about 15 minutes in, she text me that she had to cancel. It's 2 days later, I have been waiting for a reschedule if my appointment and I've gotten nothing. Again, I don't need an apology but a total disregard for my time and effort to be a loyal customer is so disrespectful. Needless to say, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. I can no longer recommend it. If you value your time, please stay away from here.
