If you're looking to be assaulted ....this is the place!! I went in with back and neck pain and…read moreleft worse than when I arrived!! My " therapist" spoke very little English so it was difficult to explain my issues. Everything I asked for I got the opposite of!! There were numerous times I felt like a wrestler and was tapping out on the bed due to the pain she was inflicting. I almost got up and walked out about five times. But I was just assuming I was in so much pain and she was doing her best to help me. Was I ever wrong! She did techniques that I've never seen before or even heard of. And numerous times I had asked her to stop and she continued her actions because there was a miscommunication in languages ......ill assume. I asked her numerous times to do certain items for my pain and she failed to do so. I was in pain for over five days after the massage. And had to go to another therapist to fix what she did. I highly discourage anybody from going here on top of all this they had the gall to charge $75. I highly doubt that this woman was licensed or received even any remote training. I would seriously look elsewhere

I returned to my vehicle and waited 10-20 min to see if anyone would arrive. I called the salon at 10:20 am to inquire about my appointment and the person I spoke with told me she unaware of anything that was happening at the salon that morning and that she would call me back. They called me back at 10:30 to let me know that my hair appointment had been canceled and that my lash appointment had been "pushed back" to 11:00. There had been no previous attempt to contact me regarding these changes. As someone who has recently relocated to the Valley, I was looking forward to establishing a local hair salon, but I left Blush extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I almost came out of my chair and told them I'm not leaving here looking like a bozo, FIX it. They started mixing some ash colors to get the red color out which helped a little. I'll never go back there. the owner is never there it's playtime for the employees when she's gone and even when she's there they just talk and laugh.
