I called the salon at 10:20 am to inquire about my appointment and the person I spoke with told me she unaware of anything that was happening at the salon that morning and that she would call me back. They called me back at 10:30 to let me know that my hair appointment had been canceled and that my lash appointment had been "pushed back" to 11:00. There had been no previous attempt to contact me regarding these changes. So, as I was driving I saw Family Cut and pulled in rather quickly. There was only one car in the parking lot and so I thought I'd give it a shot. The stylist came out from the back and greeted me. There was no waiting and was seen right away. Barely had time to sign in. The haircut was exceptional and satisfactory. I normally would prefer more of a conversation while getting my duo cut but oh well. It was finally cut and may decide to go back when I need another cut. Reasonable pricing.
