The staff is nice and friendly. They're located in Artemis Square, which is a very quiet location with good parking space. I went to this salon expecting a relaxing experience, but instead I left feeling disrespected and…read moreuncomfortable. While doing my hair, the stylists were speaking about me in Spanish, thinking I couldn't understand -- and it was obvious they were talking about me. That alone was unprofessional and rude. To make things worse, when they finished, no one even told me my hair was done -- they just walked away and left me sitting there. No kindness, no communication, no basic respect. I will never return to this salon, and I don't recommend it to anyone who expects to be treated with professionalism or courtesy.

Came in from out of town. Went in for a pedicure. Picked a color. When it was time to apply nail…read morecolor the person doing my feet was about to do gel color. I've o my done gel on my feet twice in my life. Years ago. I don't need gel color on my feet, so I don't get it. Anyway, I said to her that I needed regular color. She said "ok. It's extra $5 for remove gel" (that she said was on my feet from the color she had removed from my previous pedi. Again, I don't do gel on my feet). I had glitter nail color on my feet. Not gel. By this time I was already not satisfied with how she rushed thru my pedi while she was on the phone most of the time, so I didn't feel like arguing the point over $5. I had to point out and ask if she could please scrub one area of my feet a little more. I don't know why I went here again. Last time I was there a different young lady rushed thru my pedi and she was looking physically ill. I just get this "let's hurry up and do you haphazardly and get your money and get you outta here" vibe at this place. 100% would not recommend. 100% not going back.

Warning: DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD from this place. Wow...okay I never leave reviews, but this…read moreexperience warrants me speaking up. If you work there or own this business, I hope you take note and make some changes. I only went because I received a $80 gift card from my husband. I paid for a Shellac pedicure and the receptionist says it is $40 for the pedicure spa plus $15 more for shellac. I hand her my gift card. I step out to get cash from my car to tip the nail tech. I step back in the spa and ask the receptionist what my total was she said $57.00. I then asked her what the balance was on the gift card and she tells me the card only had $57.00 and she kept the gift card. I thought that is strange...so I call my husband and ask him how much he purchased the gift card for and he said $80. I go back in and advise the receptionist that the gift card had $80. She then tries to explain that the way their system is set up that there is no way of her knowing what the balance is on the gift card. I thought that was very strange. She then asked "how much did you say was in the gift card" and I said $80 she then hands me the gift card and says so then your balance is $23. I thought that was extremely shady. If she needed $23.I would of just given them to her. Extremely poor reflection on the spa and nail tech as well. By the way I do have to mention that Mona, the nail tech did an awesome job!
