Service was great! The gentleman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job + was very nice.

I paid over $100 for my mom to get her nails and feet done, but the service was terrible. The white tips on her nails were applied so poorly that the white covered almost half of her nails. I politely asked the technician if she could fix it, but they refused unless we paid more. When I got my own toes done, I told the technician she was being too rough because it hurt, but she ignored me When I removed the polish, I noticed bruises on my nails from how rough she was. They didn't even try to make it right, and it felt like they were only interested in charging us more. Very disappointing experience - I'd definitely avoid this place. read more

They weren't very busy so I got seated right away and she showed all the colors and gave good suggestions on what would look good. She was very sweet and we got to talk a bit. She was very professional the place was very clean and neat. I got a full set of powder dip nails for 45$ which is a better price then other places I've been. I really wished this location would update or at the very least settle on regular operating hours....on line they have posted that they are open until 6:30..so I drive up and it's not even 6:00 and they are closed... Went there for pedicure with shellac as well as had a full set of nails. 6 of 10 nails are crooked and Shellac was peeling off in a couple of days. Went in to have Shellac redone. Was done but without removing my nails they can't be fixed. Won't be going back. Certainly did NOT get what I paid for. read more

Was able to walk right in. Pedi was done by a man. Worst pedi ever! No massaging of my calves only rotated my foot a few times. No foot massage, going super fast. Then got dipped nails. She did a great job but no hand/arm massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, just told me to wash my hands after the timer went off. This place was horrible. I don't mind spending $35 for a pedicure but for only 20 min, that's a rip off. The girl was completely nuts talking about her personal life and she didn't even scrape the bottom of my daughter's feet. Got a pink and white nail fill and Sam does excellent work! I also like the fact they open earlier in the morning than anywhere else in the area. I got a pedicure as well. Fill 38$ and pedicure 25$ which is at the lower amount most places here charge. I will be going back. The staff here were very polite. However they attempted to charge me $5 extra to get white nail polish! I've never heard of that. The lady that did my nails was friendly but didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The polish she put on my nails were so thin I could see my nails. I was too aggravated to even go back. I might return only if I actually look to make sure it's done correctly. I should have to pay full price for a half done job. read more

We were at SPI during spring break and my daughter and I decided to go for pedicures. I chose this place because it looked clean and I'm glad I did. They did an excellent job. Walked in without an appointment for a full set, pink and white, and was able to get started right away. (I must have arrived at just the right time, because it started to fill up pretty quickly after that). The method she used for putting on the set was different than what I've had before, and she told me it was a newer (and better) way. It was definitely faster than the old method, and I was able to confirm that she was completely right about what she told me. I ended up getting a pedicure afterwards as well. Both services were good, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the manicure didn't last as long as I'm used to (I had to get them redone in less than 2 weeks), so that's really the only thing that was disappointing. read more

I was so disappointed with my pedicure. My nails were obviously crooked. I had to fix them when I got home because when I mentioned the problem the girl said no it's straight. Seeing as many acquaintances apparently go here, I decided why not. Honestly, I was not fond of how my nails turned out. I requested an acrylic, french-tip manicure. He did one of my nails obviously crooked, which he kept turning back to "fix" only making it worse. It seemed as if every nail on my right hand had a different size compared to my right. One would be extremely squared and thick, whereas the other hand was thin and perfect. On top of this, the entire time he was buffing/filing my nails, he put extensive pressure that his entire body was jerking as he was doing this. I had never witnessed such a comical, yet painful sight. I'm not picky, on the contrary, I give many locations a try, however, I won't recommend this, and I will never return here. read more
