My first go around with them went well but my hair coloring experience quickly turned into a NIGHTMARE. I had orange splotchy hair all over, while the colorist tried to convince me my hair was fine. Once i left she texted and offered to fix my hair for free. Well duh it's screwed up. So bad I had to wear a hat to cover it all. The second trip back to the salon I was still in high hopes my hair could be fixed but after having it bleached a second time and being told she wouldn't over process my hair to be sure it wouldn't fall out, I came out still orange and splotchy. Just less yellow. She colored it again for the 3rd time......my hair still looks completely awful, i have lost a crazy amount of hair and the front is so damaged that i have small baby hairs all over my forehead making my forehead look dirty. I'm out over $200 and still have to get it colored by an actual professional. I will never return or recommend that anyone have their hair colored here.
