The second trip back to the salon I was still in high hopes my hair could be fixed but after having it bleached a second time and being told she wouldn't over process my hair to be sure it wouldn't fall out, I came out still orange and splotchy. Just less yellow. She colored it again for the 3rd time......my hair still looks completely awful, i have lost a crazy amount of hair and the front is so damaged that i have small baby hairs all over my forehead making my forehead look dirty. I'm out over $200 and still have to get it colored by an actual professional. I will never return or recommend that anyone have their hair colored here.
