So I sat down and played solitaire on my cell phone and watched some football news clip as I continued to wait. I was overlooked 3 times. Customers that came after me were greeted and served before me. So after being ignored for the 3rd time, I just walked out. To me it seemed as if each of the barbers knew the customers but still you don't ignore a potential customer. How can an establishment run a business like that and ignore an incoming customer? I would have already had my haircut during that 30 min ignored waiting time. Did they think I was there just to hang out? I won't be going back there anytime soon.

My first go around with them went well but my hair coloring experience quickly turned into a NIGHTMARE. I had orange splotchy hair all over, while the colorist tried to convince me my hair was fine. Once i left she texted and offered to fix my hair for free. Well duh it's screwed up. So bad I had to wear a hat to cover it all. The second trip back to the salon I was still in high hopes my hair could be fixed but after having it bleached a second time and being told she wouldn't over process my hair to be sure it wouldn't fall out, I came out still orange and splotchy. Just less yellow. She colored it again for the 3rd time......my hair still looks completely awful, i have lost a crazy amount of hair and the front is so damaged that i have small baby hairs all over my forehead making my forehead look dirty. I'm out over $200 and still have to get it colored by an actual professional. I will never return or recommend that anyone have their hair colored here. The owner hasn't reached out and the employees I'm sure haven't told her how the last color went. I was offered 3 treatments but I won't return. I've spent ten hours in that salon and wish I'd never have stepped foot inside. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

We scheduled an appointment with his barber, Anthony( who he's gone to for quite some time) but he woke up late and didn't make the appointment. Anthony was very understanding but let us know his appointments were full for the rest of the day. We asked if there was anyone else he could direct us to. Abraham had an opening, and he took care of us. My boyfriend got a taper fade with an eyebrow cleanup. Abraham was quick and accurate. He wasted no time getting started and doing exactly what my boyfriend asked. If you're in the area, this is a great place to come!
