I returned to my vehicle and waited 10-20 min to see if anyone would arrive. I called the salon at 10:20 am to inquire about my appointment and the person I spoke with told me she unaware of anything that was happening at the salon that morning and that she would call me back. They called me back at 10:30 to let me know that my hair appointment had been canceled and that my lash appointment had been "pushed back" to 11:00. There had been no previous attempt to contact me regarding these changes. As someone who has recently relocated to the Valley, I was looking forward to establishing a local hair salon, but I left Blush extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

Someone had to constantly come over and explain what to do. Then when she washed my hair out, it was Very orange and the interpreter came over and said well it will look different once it's dry. I almost came out of my chair and told them I'm not leaving here looking like a bozo, FIX it. They started mixing some ash colors to get the red color out which helped a little. I'll never go back there. the owner is never there it's playtime for the employees when she's gone and even when she's there they just talk and laugh. She knew I wasn't happy with the girl that couldn't speak English, but all she wanted is her money. Very unprofessional.

I thought, well ok this is going to be one amazing blowout. WRONG!!! I honestly spent more time waiting for the hairdresser than what she spent blow drying/styling my hair. Staff are not friendly nor personable either. I sat at the waiting area for about 40 minutes l! When it was time to pay, the one who's in charge of ringing up customers was annoyed because she had to stop getting her makeup done to attend to me! I will say they almost broke my hair, I had a bad feeling after not having checked the foils during my process and the girl was double booked. So I asked them to wash it out. Yes i would rather leave with orange roots and have hair on my head. Then to blend everything, the stylist made my ends grey/purple ash blonde. It ruined my old blonde that I came in with. Not to take charge, but I did ask her as I watch the toner darken my ends into like a purple undertone, if she was sure it wouldn't soak the purple. But anyway, I paid the second consult price which was 310 or 320? Priced balayage, but left with anything than what I wanted or came in with :(. First pic is what I went in with, second pic is what I asked for, and 3rd pic is what I left with.
