The owner had somewhat of a heavy hand. They also didn't let me choose any light colors bc they said it would be too clear. the regular polish work he did just looks very kid-like. Totally recommend this salon. There's so many options of how to do your nails. Rebecca is the best nail tech I've ever had. I was in town visiting from Austin and found Bellago Nails after being turned away from another salon who doesn't do dip nails (so weird?) But Rebecca took time with me to pick the right color, we tried a few colors and found one we liked. I feel like she really cared that I loved my nails, and wasn't just rushing me in and out. I visited four places before deciding where to bring my mom for a mani-pedi. And this is the place I chose. Neo (the nail technician) was very gentle and patient with my mom. My mom has a hard-time walking and half of her body is paralyzed due to an aneurism 25years ago. Nevertheless, she was treated with respect and gentleness. The pedicure spa chairs are confy. They are not "elegant", but the massage is good and place is clean. This place a/c temperature is just right. Not too cold, yet cool enough to keep everyone happy. Complimentary drinks (soda cans, water bottles and juice) are available for customers. There is also free wi-fi. Parking is easy! There is plenty right out the front door. My niece got the manicure with the paraffin heat treatment and it was an nice & relaxing experience. read more

Just spent the evening having my nails done. First, this nail salon is a real hidden gem. You are greeted and pampered. They not only make you feel comfortable with the precautions you take, but they also share valuable knowledge about taking care of your nails and skin. I have found my new nail place. They spend quality time with clients and make sure you are happy along the way. I have never done a set with designs. They made me feel comfortable stepping out of my co.fort zone and looking amazing! I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend you go by and see for yourself. They are open late and 7 days a week. Terrible place to get your nails done. I had my nails done and assumed they were going to be descent like most nail places. First time here while visiting the valley. The place is run by a brother & sister. Business is good here. She had to turn away clients due to they're busy! I watched her brother take his time to do a pedicure. had a mani with shellac color. The nail tech was friendly & courteous. However I felt rushed because she already had 2 women sitting next to me waiting on her. She did not do a good coloring on my nail. In my city a manicure includes a hand massage. Your offered a complimentary drink. Neither of which I got. On top of that she wanted to put a base color (darker) because the color I wanted was too light she said. I refused the dark base. There were some areas of opportunities. She did say she could fix it. I just didn't have time to stay any longer or come back since I live in a different city. My nails did look pretty! read more

I got a deluxe pedicure with a gel polish. It was i think 55 with tip included. The actual "deluxe" part of it was alright they just really rubbed my legs w a semi exfoliant. I did call in advance to ask whether they used wooden/plastic disposable tools and they said they just used metal ones that were sanitized. My toenails turned out okay although she didn't paint the entire toe she just kinda made it look uniform. It wasn't the ~moooost~ sanitary and i'm saying this because at some point they dipped into a big jar of vaseline (while wearing the gloves they were using to work w my feet) to rub some on the bottoms of my feet. They also had like a wooden toothpick type deal and it looked like it was getting reused. The workers were so nice and sweet and that's why I enjoyed my experience but the actual pedicure service wasn't the absolute best. read more

After reading the stellar reviews of this place I was excited for a great shellac mani. Everyone was very nice. I have gotten shellac many times and when they showed me the colors, I said I wanted the color change. She said my nails were too short and it wouldn't work b/c the color wouldn't change. Having just removed color changing shellac on the mani previous to this, I knew that was false. My nails weren't too short for my previous manicurist to do color change shellac, but whatever. I picked a color and was very disappointed with the mani. Only 2 layers and she had my nails under the lights for 5-10 minutes each time so that she could begin another persons manicure. The polish started to bubble and when I pointed it out to her, she said they would just add a third coat to that nail. But the bubbles still show. She didn't file my nails evenly either. My cuticles are a mess and the paint has cracked and chipped in less than a week. And it still was almost $30. On a lesser note, there were no drinks or snacks offered as stated in the previous postings, but this isn't a big deal for me. But as far as shellac nails go, the worst I've ever had. Rebecca and Neo are the best. They make you feel at home. It might not be a high class fancy nail salon, but they do a great job. The fact that they are brother and sister makes it better. They like to pick on each other and make it funny for the customers. Free WIFI and free water, cokes, etc. Very clean place and helpful people. I recommend it 100%! read more

this place has a very good service and it does get packed but it is very good the lady was also kind and I just love her attitude it's so cute. make sure you also call in before you go, sometimes they'll have to many people and might not be able to take you in since it's just a brother and sister business. regardless of what people are saying you should be very patient because this is just two people working and multitasking to get things done by the day and trying to have more clients coming and finishing your manicure pedicure and doing your nails. they are nail technicians, they have their license and they're just giving their honest opinion because they have no filter and they're just trying to let you know what is best for your nails and based on what will look good. I came around 6 pm and I was taken in to get me started while two other ladies had their pedicure . this lovey people are funny and you might be surprised but the lady has no filter and she's just lovely. read more
