Luckily, they were able to put me on a list for a pedicure and call me when they were ready for me. Waited about 45 minutes, which was fine since I got to do some shopping next door. Came in, was immediately seated. My nail tech -- you can easily tell she was not in the mood lol. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just assumed she was just not having a good day so I let it slide. I got the second service below the basic/classic pedicure so I was expecting a little more than a basic pedicure. Like I said, I'm just assuming she was having a bad day but I wish my service was better. She was on her phone 90% of the time. She would stop what she was doing, grab her phone & would text; would even make a phone call. I got so annoyed that I stopped being on my phone and basically stared at her. When she got to the massaging part, her eyes were glued to her phone. She was just rubbing my legs the entire time. Barely scrubbed my feet, my nails were cut crooked and the paint job was a joke. Could I have said something? Yes but honestly, I was so disappointed that I just wanted to leave. Granted, the other techs around me looked like they were treating their customers with so much care. I just happen to get the one that just didn't give a damn. I'm new to town and I'm trying out different salons around the area to see which one is my go-to. After a bad first experience here, I don't know if I'll give this place a second chance.

She gave a great massage, didn't hurt me while trimming or filing the toe nails, and didn't engage in meaningless chitchat. Al great. The only downside was the couple with their small children. The baby (probably 2-3) screamed his head off and the toddler ran amok, even sitting on and tipping over one of the chairs. The man was finished with his services, and instead of taking the kids out of the spa, he just sat there. Oblivious to the other people around. I would definitely return for another pedicure when in town!
