I have a 2021 tesla Model 3, had been looking for a good tinting shop for a long time. Most of them in OC are very very expensive. Then I finally find the best option Rey's window tinting. I did 70% on windshield, 15% on the 4 side windows and 1/3 of top roof. 40% heat resistance. It turned out very nice, matched very well with grey body color. Highly recommend!

Brought in my new 2018 Toyota RAV4 to Rey, I had 25% on my 2 front windows and 75% on my windshield. It turned out AMAZING! The tint on the windshield definitely makes a difference while I'm driving. Came here mostly because it was open on a Sunday and that's when I'm free. was looking to by regular tint but was sold on the upgraded film when Rey showed me the extra benefits on how much heat the tint blocked! Said the job was going to take almost 3 hours because my car was previously tinted and that had to be removed but his crew ended up finishing the whole thing in less than an hour! I have been wanting to tint my car for over a year but kept putting it off. Since I live nearby the shop, I decided to stop by last week to learn more about the different options and prices on tints for my Toyota Camry. Rey answered all my questions and showed me lots of pictures of other cars with similar tint to what i wanted to get so I have an idea what my car will look like once it's done. We agreed on the price and date/time to drop off my car. Dropped off my car yesterday morning and it was ready in the afternoon. I am very happy with the results. Excellent experience Came by to tint my front windows. Angelina was very helpful in giving me tint options. I went with the the ceramic option at 25%. I already had factory tint in the back and explained this would be the closest match. Even though they were very busy they still squeezed me in for the day and finished an hour early. Price was very reasonable for the removal and installation of the tint. Tint came out fantastic. Will be coming here again. read more

I was referred to Rey's from my sister to get my 2018 Acura TLX windows tinted at Rey's. Everyone at Rey's are absolutely amazing by educating me what will decrease sun exposure since i drive for work 95% of the time all day. It has been 3 days and noticed the great quality I selected. I will definitely come back and refer others to this shop. Also, they are flexible in working to set a date and time for appointments. I didn't have to wait long at the shop which worked in my favor by completing my work. Overall, if you want great quality material Rey's shop is the place to invest for your vehicle. read more

Yesterday I had my windows tinted at Ray's Window Tinting. What a great experience to be met by Angelina who gave me very helpful in identifying what package to purchase and the benefits of the tinting. Rey came out and introduced himself , they let me know about a defect on one of my windows and what had caused the defect (I purchased a used car). i was grateful to learn this knowledge. The tint job came out perfect, it did not even look like my car was tinted, although the moment I got in the car it was cooler, a more pleasant ride home. Rey's Window Tinting is great, take your care here, you will be met by professionals, treated wonderfully and be able to wait in the most relaxing waiting room ever, I almost fell asleep. Rey did an excellent job with tinting my Audi RS3. I chose his shop after the many positive reviews, availability, and product availability. During my initial inquiry with Rey, he was very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable with the products he offered. I was on the edge with using Johnsons ceramic tint and Rey gave me his honest humble opinion without being pushy at all. I decided on the Suntek Ceramic CIR at 25% all around. After looking around for a good review, my heart was set on Rey's, not only for reasonable pricing, but for how excellent their customer service is. Angelina (who answers the phone) was so lovely throughout the entire phone call and even later when meeting her in person. I came in for my front windows and they were able to match them to my back window (previously through my VW dealer). I must say I'm very satisfied! I will be back for my front windshield. What can I say about Rey's Window tint? They are absolutely the best in the business bar none. He just did a full tint on my SL550 and Jetta GLI and they both look fantastic. His team is very professional and really know what shade tint looks good on what color and vehicle. They also take pride in keeping their facility clean so it shows well. I highly recommend them for a professional auto tinting. By the way, I should also mention that these were my fifth and sixth vehicles that they have done for me and I will not go anywhere else. After viewing multiple tinting services through yelp, I decided to go to Rey's to get my Mazda 3 hatchback that pitch black limo tint look. When I first arrived I spoke to Rey and he was able to give me the pros and cons of Limo Tinting all my windows. I decided to go with the 20% tint on the front two windows and 15% on the back 3 windows. Rey was very professional and courteous, he offered me beverages room the cooler in the waiting room and gave me access to the WiFi. The customer service was great and the tint finish was also well done in a timely manner. The only issue I had was a scratch on the tint in the driver side, but it's a minor issue. I haven't contacted Rey on the issue but I do plan on getting my front window tinted soon at Rey's and see what they say. Overall was a great experience and great service! read more

Where to start, these guys (and gals) are the best in the biz. Simple as that. They've done a few cars for me, and have ALWAYS done nothing bus spectacular work!!! The price is great, but the service is what really sets them apart from others. They set an appointment for me to have my Focus ST tinted, and they were on time and on point! A also had my rear tail lights done through them, and not surprisingly, they turned out top notch. I own a performance shop and quality is key, whether it's on my own stuff or a customer's and boy do they deliver. I will DEFINITELY be back, and will not hesitate to refer customers your way!! Fantastic, professional customer service. Ray was so patient with me while trying to decide on the tint level. I am a little late posting this (got my tint in August 2019), but had to say something. Rey and his team are simply the best! I stopped to meet Rey after reading all the great reviews here and elsewhere. I had just picked up my new Tesla Model 3 earlier in the week and was anxious to get it done. After talking with Rey for a little while, I was sold. I had never dreamed of tinting the windshield, but when I saw the heat blocking, I added that as well. We went with the SunTek ceramic CIR on all the glass in the car (including the roof). I had stopped by on a Saturday morning just to meet Rey. Once we discussed the details of what to get, we were working on when to drop it off and things just weren't working: I have a challenging schedule and Rey was about to go out of town for 10 days. So he took my car right then (even gave me a ride home so my wife didn't have to come get me) and worked on my car on a Saturday night so I could pick it up Sunday morning. What great service! The quality of the installation was awesome, but the service just can't be beat! read more

Can't say enough about Rey and his shop. I called Rey on a Friday afternoon and he was able to get me in on Saturday am! Arrived and the waiting room was clean and well equipped. The various tints are on the wall. Rey came out personally and gave us his input and then completed the job on time and budget. The finish was awesome! Very professional, very polite. Hello I'm Angelina and I've been tinting for about 8 years now. I would always be around the shop and my dad Rey would always show me tips and tricks. I soon loved the trait just as much as him. For our older car, we chose the 3M Ceramic, and it has made driving in it a huge improvement. We no longer feel the sun sensitivity we normally experience while driving (rashes even with sunscreen), which is such a game-changer. For our new car, we chose the 3M Crystalline, and it is incredible. I can't say for sure that this is what saved our windshield from webbing when a giant rock caught us by surprise, but it sure seemed like it. Jason was even kind enough to help facilitate a repair for us through a third-party their shop trusts, instead of going for a complete window replacement and having to re-tint our front. All-in-all he was at our house about 2 hours. Kept himself and his work area nice and clean. He was polite and kept friendly banter with us while we watched and asked questions. The outcome is a game changer!! The minute he finished the tint on the kitchen window, we immediately felt the house start to cool. Honestly amazing. To do it ourselves would have been a headache, time consuming and probably cost us just the same amount (with our mess-ups, re-cuts, etc). We chose Robert because he seemed to have the most longevity and also the highest Yelp ratings. So glad we did!! The price was about what we expected. So happy!! At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. More dirt in the film became apparent. I think for the cost invested I rather keep the original. I felt automotive film had better heat reduction for some reason.

I was recommended to this tint shop by a co worker of mine. We both work in brea, and his shop is only a few blocks away. She had her front two windows done by Rey, and highly recommended him to me. I was able to drop my car off here on my lunch break and leave it for him to tint while I was at work... I thought that was really a great option as my weekends are usually pretty busy. My car turned out perfect! I had my last car tinted by the dealership and had tons of bubbling on the back window, it's been 2 weeks since he did my car and there is no bubbling or imperfections. Rey always is Meticulous and detailed in his work. He has done many of my vehicles without a single flaw! My most recent vehicle is a brand new Dodge Challenger.
