Have to share this experience so others know. No follow up and do not stand by their work. Got pinnacle 30/15 full tint and passenger side started bubbling. I reached out in November 2022 I spoke with someone and lady told me to text image which I did and heard back nothing. Life got busy and I recently followed up July 23 and they said they will try with pinnacle warranty but probably won't cover. Lady also stated this happens with time and how I expose my car to the sun, hence only happening on passenger side front but not back window. I don't expect to hear back. I will keep my fingers crossed. Never once do they take responsibility or apologize for not following up. I wouldn't go back just from customer service let alone the bad install. I called another tint shop cuz I want it fixed and they said if I had a receipt that they did the job they would replace it!!! I never should of gone to a place like this just to save few$$ only to have to go back to spend $$ again on something that should last u for at least 5-7 years. Go to a quality installer that stands by their work and have super clean lines on their film cut. You've been warned. This review was way overdue. We wanted to install artificial turf in our backyard and we had concern that the window glare might ruin the turf. So we had Joe come out to assess the situation. Joe explained things very clearly to us. There was no BSing or over-selling. Joe recommended that we would need window screens to prevent the glare. His solution was very economical - he was able to salvage some of our existing window frames to reduce cost significantly. Working with old frames wasn't easy but he went above and beyond to help us. When we got the re-screened frames back, they didn't quite fit as well as we hoped due to the age of the frames, but Joe was willing to find some new technique to fix them at no additional cost. They fit very nicely now and look almost as new as the other new ones he created for us. On top of that, Joe is super nice and prompt. I'd recommend Astro Eclipse without hesitancy. Aug 12th. So after having time to evaluate the tint having had back surgery & the owner not showing the courtesy to call me back ALONG WITH THE WORST TINT JOB I HAVE EVER HAD DONE. I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW TO A 1. They are not who they used to be. I was going to have my company fleet vehicles done, but sorry for them that will not be happening. I should have gone with my gut & gone elsewhere. There are little bubbles sporadically throughout the front windshield & elsewhere. I don't keep my cars for long so I'm going to have to get this all removed to avoid a decrease in value. The dealer had the car tinted when I got it. Should have kept the 3m. WAY BETTER JOB. LINES WERE CLEAN. SORRY ASTRO CUSTOMER CARE IS NUMBER 1 & YOU HAVE LOST IT. Original review. So I have to be honest about this. I have been hesitant to post this as I am trying to be patient. I was very hesitant with the reviews to come back here. I have been going to Astro since 2000, when they were a few buildings down in the corner area. In 2000 they did one of my first cars, my Firebird. Family introduced me originally, and I have been coming and sending people ever since. They had since done 7-8 of our cars maybe more I lost count. With my Lexus GS just done a week ago it's hard to pass judgment. I still have bubbles that to be honest I don't think will dry out. It's been a few years since my last tint, but I am being optimistic things look better. At the moment not happy. Paying $665 for the whole car with bubbles not cool at all. I understand dust it's not a clean room, but if friends can pay 200 I can pay 3x that & expect it to be GREAT. I know they will take care of me, or so I hope, but still this was my original concern. After speaking with Trina I decided to give them the shot. They hadn't let me down. Other places with Pinnacle have tons of reviews making it easier to be confident. I also know a lot of people offer incentives just to post & people post when they don't do great. I chose based of previous experience. My tint was put on 3/2/17. I will give it a full week, but with my car being in the sun the last few days & it being warmer I don't see this helping. Now if I need to get it done again that's on my time. What they don't realize is expectations are high having come here for 15 years, but I can justify that having had quality work done in the past. I had only one issue with my firebird that window was huge had major defroster lines and had tons of bubbles. Next time around perfect. Friend of mine went & had his cars tinted on Sunday 3/5/17 a rainy day & they have no bubbling at all. They used a different film no formula one. They went 3m but paid significantly less for 2 cars than I on my single Lexus. When you pay $665 you don't expect to be told your car is done & as you're picking it up have to walk back in to tell them there is something wrong with your mirror. Forgot the screw. Taken care of but to me a huge negative. I work with major clients Google Facebook NASA, so attention to detail is huge for me. I have yet to put the windows down but today is day 5 so we will see how the lines are. I paid extra for hand cut so I hope to see some damn good lines. Trina is great, Clarice from years ago great, but Trina shouldn't be put in difficult situations. Having to screw my mirror on. Having to go back the next day because the mirror wasn't tight enough. Having to hear me say you scratched my door trim. Having gone to this place for 15 years plus these are things required, not just expected. Expected is that you treat my car as your own or better. I washed it the day before detailed in and out to see liquid lines down the back. I immediately wiped up, so no pics but they wiped up that's key if not my Cabernet leather would have been marked. Also when you request to hear from the owner & have yet to hear back just makes you feel like another number. Been a customer for 15 years and sad to say probably won't be getting my next car done here. Hope that if I'm not happy they will take care of me & make things right. Every time I switch vehicles, Astro Eclipse is the first place I take it to. I have been using Astro Eclipse since 1980 when the owner started this business from his garage. I can't believe I have taken 8 different vehicles here... that I can remember. Oh, I have even taken my house screen/storm door here to get tinted. So far I haven't had any issues with any of my vehicles. Not even a single bubble! Astro Eclipse continues to use the most current products and they keep doing excellent work. I have gotten a few of my cars over the years tinted by Astro Eclipse and have only but positive things, very satisfied with the results and recommend them to all my friends/etc...but the real review is this: I live across the street from Astro Eclipse, and one of my trucks was stolen at 4AM, talked to a few neighbors for assistance in reviewing their cameras with little luck. Reached out to a few of the shops next to Astro Eclipse even the property management of this strip mall. The ONLY business that helped was Astro Eclipse even though the situation had nothing to do with them. They let me review the cameras and tried to help out however they could. I just picked up my car and I absolutely love it! From the first initial call and all the way until I picked up the car was so simple and easy. You get text updates which I really liked, dropping off and picking up the car was super fast and easy. They even give you a care package for your windows. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but she was super rude over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. First she asks me when I'd like to come in and I tell her today or tomorrow if they're available. Then she says they're only open Wed-Sat. Okay, you should have said that. Then I say "ok how about Wednesday?" She says "no. We don't have anything until Friday". Again, why didn't you say that? Then a little more rudeness here and there from her. She told me my car had 7 windows and the Groupon I had was for 5 and she told me "you don't get to pick and choose which windows you want done". I was just trying to understand if I would be driving around with partially covered rear windows and if so, what would be the charge for the additional windows but her attitude made me not want to be bothered. Came back here in a total of 3 times. First time I came here they took about 4 hours (with scheduled appointment) and did a bad job. (I opted for the Llumar Comfort Series) After they recommended me to wait a week, the crease marks were still there all over my front two windows(I should have taken pictures at the time). Rears also had crease marks but not as bad as fronts.So I called them to see if they can fix their mistakes since it's "Lifetime Warranty." They said they would and told me to come in the following week on Monday. So second time I came here they had me reschedule to a later time of the day.. Ok. Third time I went back and had my two fronts and two rears redone. Fronts came out better this time around but had air bubbles which I don't mind too much but passenger rear is the same as before and now I noticed a worm-like bubble on my rear windshield. This time work took about 3 hours. I currently have a 2002 Lexus LS430 and they tell me my window seals are too tight, and that's the reasoning for the creases. Customer service from Maggie is great but their actual tinters need more AUTO TINT experience, since they also work on tinting for buildings/homes. Maggie is holding up this business with the customer service but their tinters need to catch up especially for the money I paid. read more

Very pleased with the tint job these guys did on my car. I went with their Pinnacle ceramic film on the side and rear windows (35% front, 30% side/back), and Air 80 on the front windshield. No air bubbles or dust marks under the film at all, and nice smooth cut lines on the window edges. They also added ppf film to the driver side door edge, which was nice. I've taken a few of my previous cars to this shop when they were at their old location many moons ago and they always did a great job. read more

I am CERTAIN that I received the best deal in terms of quality of work and product, timeliness, and value. More importantly, I received quality customer service from Clarice. I shopped around at several different tint shops before returning to Astro Eclipse, and Clarice is what sealed the deal for me. She was polite (and not fake about it like others were), professional and courteous. I was lucky enough to make an appointment that same day and dropped my car off around noon and received a call at 3:30 telling me it would be done shortly (about an hour earlier than I anticipated!) I found them using Groupon, but didn't use it because I was quoted the same price. It was such a deal that I upgraded to the next tint level for $20 and am completely satisfied with the tint as well as the upgraded warranty it came with. Horrible customer service and they don't honor their warrenty. Took my brand new sierra to astro eclipse because my neighbor had both his vehicles tinted by them and it looked great. When I realized the amount of bubbles on every window I called to see if I could get it re done. I was asked to bring it in so they could see it so I did. the young lady in the front office took some pictures got my info and said she would speak to her manager about it but not before giving me excuses on why they wouldn't re do the tint. two weeks later and I didn't hear back so I called again. They had no clue who I was and never heard of my issue but still all I got was attitude and excuses about the bubbles. "sometimes dust gets in the tint" and "industry standards allow for a certain amount of bubbles" said they would call me back and might have to bring my truck back for inspection. Been 3 weeks now and haven't heard from them. I definitely won't go back and neither will my neighbor after this. Save your money go to a professional tint shop. read more

Made the right decision in 2009 when I had my Chrysler 300 tinted at AstroEclipse. They did an excellent job and recently my back window started to bubble. I had the warranty on my windows and did not have any issues when returning on Thursday. The took out old film and replaced it and again did an excellent job!! I highly recommend them!!
