First, there was a sign on the door saying the office was attending a graduation, next it just was not open and this morning it's supposed to be open at 9 am and it's currently 9:08 with two customers waiting outside. I don't know how you can run a business like this. Again, it pains me to say this but I have to move on to a practice that is more reliable. And to the eye doctor--you've been great and should find a practice with more reliable help!!!!

I just got a complete glasses/ contact exam. For the first time in my life, I didn't put on new…read moreglasses and go holy crap, I can see so much better. My old glasses are better than my new ones. The contact prescription from this place went from -6.25 in each eye, which it's been my whole life, to -5.00 and -5.75 in 2018, to -6.00 and -6.75 in 2023. I've not even filled my contact prescription because I just wasted $500 on glasses that are worded than my 2018 prescription and I don't want to waste $$$ on contacts that probably won't work either. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Prepaid $290 for contacts. Guess I'll have good luck getting that back. Lol

I knew what I wanted when I entered, and I had some readers that I liked that were tortoiseshell so I use them as an example and Noah helped me pick mainly with his suggestion the most perfect pair of glasses I think I've ever owned. I asked him how long he'd work there since he was so knowledgeable and professional. He said oh, about 2 weeks. I proceeded to say who trained this young man? And Angel, the manager raised his hand and he said I did and I said well you did a hell of a good job! Let me just say Angel is also another reason why my experience was so excellent, the store in Addison on BeltLine has the best customer service ever!!!! And let me just say you can't beat the price for the quality. I had such an awesome experience. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, and let me just say I paid the same amount for the 2 pair that I paid for one pair 10 years ago. My total for the 2 pairs of glasses, with tax and everything was only $459. Customer for Life! oxo

The store was nicely decorated with a bunch of books arranged by color in various bookcases. We were greeted and assisted by a friendly young girl. He found a couple of frames that would maybe work. We decided we wanted to keep looking.

From the moment I made the appointment, the staff was so helpful and kind. The whole process was seamless, and they even were able to get my kids to do the dilation drops without any drama. For reference, I had to wrestle my kids down for pink eye drops in the past, so I had low expectations this would be successful. It's important for me that my kids have a good relationship with all things related to their health, and this was such a positive experience for them. Another thing that impressed me is how thorough Vision Veritas is, they told me information about my eyes that I have never heard from any of the previous optometrists I had ever been to. Highly recommend!
