I am late writing this review, but wow I have nothing but great things to say about Reyes Construction. Basilio was excellent to deal with and their work is excellent. We had them do two jobs and we are having them come back for another job building a home theater riser for us. They are competent and know what they are doing. Are first job (see photos) was for installing chair rail in my office where I meet with my clients. Excellent work! The second job was installing 24x48 porcelain at my home under our deck. Their work was excellent! In addition they went beyond the norm. He was able to help with other issues and we had one tile on a step to the upper deck that came off from another installer in 2019 and he was able to put it on which was very helpful. I have found that Basilio is a problem solver and is more than willing to help. He was even available for to pick up our 24x48 porcelain and did go and do the first group of big tiles, but we felt that it was more practical and prudent to have the rest shipped to us even though he was more than willing it was the right thing to do to help them. Our office is in Oakdale and our home is on 40 acres. I say this because he was able to come to both places. We have a super custom home and we have found that when we get bids more often then not we feel that the bids come in higher because of where we live and when the see the home they feel they can charge more. Not so with Reyes Construction and the owner Basilo, his bid was not the highest and not the lowest but he was very reasonable and his work superb. When we have our home theater done in Feb 2024 roughly now as I do this review I will show his work on the risers. Check out the photos. Basilio, thank you for your great work. Today, I was supposed to meet someone for an estimate on a project at a certain time at a residential property that was scheduled a week ago. Nobody showed up. I called to inquire and was told, "I forgot." I drove 30 min to the property to meet this company's representative. It was a big waste of my time. This is indicative of the lack of professionalism this company projects. They can't even keep track of potential business clients. That is the basics of business 101. Meeting with the customers that keep bringing in revenue to keep the lights on. The first impression is everything. You don't get a second chance. Reyes Construction remodeled nearly the entire inside of my home within a few weeks. They are extremely diligent, respond immediately to feedback and ensure high quality service. I looked into multiple contractors for pricing as well, and Reyes Construction was very fair and affordable in comparison. For the amount of work they did (painting, drywall repairs, changing all doors, kitchen demo and remodel, floor installation), it was a very fair price. Reyes Construction built a riser for our theatre room. They did the electrical as well as the insulation. We were very happy with it. They do a great job. We have now hired them for multiple different projects-tiling, finishing work, electrical work and new construction. My bathroom was old and outdated. I tried for months to get a quote from other companies. I called Basilio and he immediately set up a quote and came to my house. The price was within my budget and we started work within the month. Him and his workers were on time, professional and got the job done in a weeks time! I asked for a free quote. They were quick to set up an appointment. The first thing that went wrong was that he couldn't make our appointment time because, " he was stuck in traffic coming from the Bay Area!" I responded to the email asking if he could come the next day? I did not get a response until 2 hours before he wanted to come. He told my wife and I that he was going to work on the quote and have it to us the next day. That was on Wednesday March 22, 2023. Today is Monday March 27, 2023 and we still have not received a quote. So we got another quote and have gone with that company. Basilio lost out on a possible insurance job because he never sent the quote. Not professional from a business owner looking for work. read more

I would highly recommend Reyes Construction. After see the work he did on the house next door we asked for an estimate to repair our water damaged kitchen ceiling. He came out on a Saturday and gave us an estimate and started a few days later. We now have a repaired, textured, painted and reinforced ceiling as well as new recessed lighting!! The work was done in one day and it looks GREAT! We are now getting more estimates for a bathroom remodel and front door replacement. Mr. Reyes and his crew were polite, precise and professional. Reyes Construction came and did some work on my ceiling and other areas through the house. The ceiling crack is coming through where they repaired. I contacted Reyes in Mid December he came out and looked. Reyes agreed to come back in first week of January 2022 to repair and the morning of he sent text he couldn't come. I haven't heard from him since that day. That is not good business. read more
