They're the only ones using ground-up coconut shell material in the turf, which controls moisture, keeps temperatures cool on hot days, and looks/feels just like dirt, enhancing the realistic grass effect. They built a floating frame over the concrete, making it 100% reversible if needed, and added rubber thresholds to slope seamlessly into the adjacent exposed concrete. We also redid the dirt patch in front of our house with turf at the same time. It looks so much better, and bundling the jobs saved costs. I highly recommend Cocoturf.
