two tacos in a styrofoam container

Stop by because I was so hungry and had been wanting to try. Ordered from the truck and experienced great customer service. The price was okay(I thought I was getting more but it was single tacos). The inside was okay. I ordered two tacos chicken and beef and elote. It looked so good but even on an empty stomach I was disappointed. Both tacos were bland. The chicken was super dry almost like straw. I couldn't believe it. They were so packed I was really expecting to be wowed. I only ate the elote and it was okay. I don't recommend and I will not try again.

My boyfriend raved about this spot for months especially when describing their burritos. I am not too big on burritos so I decided to try their tacos. Ordering was a little difficult due to language barriers. For instance, I changed my mind on ordering a special for the day and asked for the staff to take it off yet, they still made it and charged me for it so that was frustrating. The order was made really fast which was great and there are picnic tables provided. There is a smoothie spot in the same area which looked really popular. I ordered the shrimp tacos, my step daughter ordered steak and cheese tacos and my boyfriend ordered the steak burrito. I will give it to my boyfriend as his burrito was delicious and huge! The rice was amazing. As for me and my step daughter ehh my tacos were mediocre. My shrimps were soggy and had little flavor. My step daughter felt the same and her tortilla was rough in texture. These tacos are bigger than most taco trucks which is great if you're looking for more bang for you buck. However, if you're looking for meat or flavor that you can tell has been stewing all day this might not be the spot. However, if you're a burrito fan this may be your spot!

2 of us filled up for $25 with tacos and flautas and both were fantastic. Fresh ingredients and picnic tables in a small parking lot next to the firehouse. During cold or bad weather, there is a garage that was converted into a café with serve yourself toppings sauces and condiments. Kenny just called me Gordo so I must be swollen.

I decided to stop to try a couple of small things. They did a great job with the food truck appearance and the area surrounding the food truck. The food truck, with its purple base, and cool art, is eye-catching. There was outside seating, and although the seating wasn't fancy, it was welcoming. Service was efficient. The food had some good parts, but I didn't connect with it like I do with my favorite spots. I ordered a Carne Enchilada Taco (marinated pork pieces) and a Chicharron Gordita. The pork on the taco was tender, but the marinade was just OK for me. The other aspects of the taco were fine, although there was too much cilantro. A Gordita is made with corn masa, and like an arepa can be, is used to make a small sandwich. Chicharron is fried pork skin. When you see it, it usually is in a long strip with perpendicular slices. It reminds me a bit of a thicker well cooked bacon. The corn masa seemed well executed. I didn't like the flavor combo of the lettuce, cheese crumbles (I assume cotija) and Chicharron. Also, some parts of the Chicharron were very crispy and not enjoyable to chew. These aren't common orders for me. If I returned, I'd probably try different types of tacos like pastor, chorizo or bistec. Given TQ's overall rating, I would still recommend visiting. 3.75 Stars

It gives abuela's dining room that hasn't changed since 1996 vibes. If the decor had a MySpace it will be playing Gasolina on its page. However, you come here for the flavor fiesta. Service is always superb as well. The waiter this time around was observant & bubbly. He kept cracking jokes like if it was open mic comedy night. There was Spanish music playing on speakers. I was vibing & almost got up to start dancing like I was in a mariachi band. My go to meal is the La Parrillada. It consists of grilled pork(really bacon),chicken, & steak(I always add on shrimp),Mexican sauce served w/ rice, refried beans(umm, umm w/ cheese on top),lettuce, avocado slices, & corn tortillas . I minus the pico de gallo sauce(I'm not a fan of onions yeah I know,I know but it's my nemesis like Superman w/ kyptonite). My food took a little bit to come out but I munched on the complimentary chips & salsa. When my food arrived I was ready to devour like a T-Rex dinosaur. I made myself tacos w/ the corn tortillas like a professional Lego building master. I packed it up w/ rice, beans,& meats/shrimp. It was mouth watering! I felt like a vampire drooling over a victim(like the Sinners movie). Ha,ha! They're famous for their signature drinks. You can get a regular sized or super sized drink(like if you were in a '90's Mickey D's). They have a full bar w/ anything you desire. From wine to beer to mixed drinks & more! Overall,gr8 experience! I just wish the interior was updated. It has so much potential. Also, I almost forgot to mention there is a fee if you use credit card & 18% gratuity is automatically added to your bill. I didn't mind the added gratuity b/c I always tip 20% anyways but the credit card fee is always bummer. I hardly carry cash.

I decided to start off with a Cosmopolitan, and later got a Pomtini, but since they didn't have Pomegranate Juice, I had it replaced with Cranberry Juice. Both were still really tasty, and my favorite part was the sugar on the rim, made it taste so good. I got some Elotes, honestly they were okay, the corn was more on the undercooked side, a lil hard. The wings were actually pretty good, the meat was juicy. I had a lava cake for dessert and it was pretty tasty too. I also had the nachos w/chicken recently since I stopped by again, but didn't take a picture. Honestly, those were eh, the nachos got soggy really fast and weren't crunchy, so that was disappointing. Overall everything came out pretty fast, I wasn't waiting very long. Leo was an amazing bartender, great conversation. Again, the vibe was great and I even made some acquaintances out of it, we all shared a shot together! Great vibes, and would definitely stop by again.
