Before they started we asked B&E for addresses of houses with the roof colors we were considering and they emailed the next day with several local homes with those roof colors. That attention to detail and customer care helped us so much, as you can only guess what the roof color will be on your house based on some small samples! They truly went above and beyond - working 14 hour days to get the roof on and watertight before a big storm forecast for the next day. The foreman came the next morning to do finishing touches, including painting the vent pipes Charcoal to match our new roof! They found some unexpected damage to our copper roofing and had a coppersmith out the same day to repair it. He also fashioned a new copper cap for the cupola where the copper had deteriorated - also unexpected. Turned out to be a tornado warning storm With tons of rain and the roof held up great!
