I'm so happy Thi responded so I can respond back.
1. The conversation about training someone else was first of all, not at the first session of meeting with you. It was after having seen your work and was what is called a COMPLIMENT because you do good work, I am not sure why that is an issue or a reason to not give service to someone.
2. My question about asking you how long you have been doing this for serves as 2 purposes. First purpose, having a conversation!!!! What is wrong with that? Second purpose, you are providing my treatment and as someone providing treatment I should be able to ask how long you have been doing this for. Whether or not it is a "turn off" again is not a reason to deny service for someone. For the record, I was not born in 1984 as you recall.
3. I said thank you, I even asked "are you sure" when you first offered to put money in the meter for me. I am always appreciative of people and what they do. The second time I didn't realize it would take as long as the first time and my mistake was not putting enough money. The third time, however, I had learned and put enough money in the meter where no one had to run out.
4. Thi, if you have a service fee, why was that not added when I paid you? I am confused about me needing to add a service fee. You knew I was paying with PayPal, as I asked if i could pay that way, and when I asked you my total, why did you not add my service fee to it? Why did you not add my meter money to it? I had bought different things from you as well (2 lotions, drops, nail file), and you added everything up when you gave me my total. I paid what you told me I owe. I was not aware that you had not included the meter money as I assumed you automatically would have. In regards to service fee, I was honestly not aware. Any place that has ever charged a service fee has upfront said extra 1$ before taking my payment. I paid exactly the amount you told me to pay and it is not my fault that you didn't add the other fees and I was unaware.
4. We had scheduled and confirmed my next appointment before I left that day. So yes, I was very upset to find that I had driven to your store and put money in the meter just for the gate to be locked (which it never ever has been, leading me to believe that you knew I had an appointment and would be coming). I tried to fix the situation and apologize for the misunderstanding but you refused. Thi - how come you never brought it up to my attention that there was money meter and fee that I hadn't paid for? How come you charged me for everything but you didn't charge me for those?! I am an honest paying customer. I came on time and did my homework and spend nearly 300$ for you to refuse service. That is not okay.
If you don't like for people to talk, you should put up no talking during service signs. But you yourself like to talk. Again, these are not reasons to refuse service.
Next time, charge a person everything they owe. I don't know what kind of games these are that you expect me to know what you charged me and what you didn't charge me. I asked for my total and paid what I was told. Try communicating with ur clients.... read more
